It's the song in the current Vimto advert.

I won't inflict the whole song on anyone, the advert is more than enough!

133 places too low :P

Space Bound is one of my favourites from Recovery but a) It only sounds proper amazing if played loud, when it's on a music channel or the radio it sounds a bit too quiet (I find alot of songs are like that) and B) Why was there such a gap between 'No Love' (October) and Space Bound (July)??
WTF is 'Space Bound' doing climbing the iTunes chart  FFS Eminem promote your Bad Meets Evil single 'Lighters' :drama: A song like that doesn't deserve to flop in favour of a new single from a year old album

I was hoping this would flop :( admittedly, I haven't heard the whole song yet, but a snippet I heard and sampling 'Return Of The Mack' does not sound promising :(

It's tolerable, but Buzzin' is way better.

The #2 has now been pushed back to 0.383802  with Example at 0.391554 combined. (0.364563 combining DJ Fresh too - Jason is at 0.357345 when you combine DJ Fresh)

This has got to be the biggest lead (other than Matt Cardle) in ages and it'll still be increasing a bit more :o Of course it helps that Louder is going to be a huge seller at a time where sales at the top of the chart are the lowest they've been in months, but still.

My prediction of it being more than double, if not triple Example's pop bar by Monday night is being proven completely correct :cheer: I stand by my opinion that this was the most obvious UK #1 of the year to date, I've seen it coming from a mile off for at least the last month. It could have been released on any of the last 3 weeks and gone straight to #1 also.

However, the whole tripling the pop bars thing would have been much more impressive if Louder was released earlier :P

Jason will probably sell around another 50k this week I'd guess, so Louder could be in with a decent shot of outselling Grenade! I hope it does. (The song is very slowly growing on me but it's still distinctly in the 'quite good' pile at the moment)

I can see her definately making the top 100 eventually, but completely missing the top 40. I mean, her album is dead and the video is already out and it's doing nothing.

Wow, Louder has an enormous lead. How is that? Any reason why it's selling so hugely??? I thought it had already been released and it had just zoomed up for some reason, but it's only just been released? I would've never though that it would sell so much.

I was thinking they'd release Space Bound in June due to the lyrics of the song. But releasing it right at the end of June was a bit of a fail, because obviously it's not going to be June when it peaks in popularity now. The should've released it in May.

The Mack is great imo. As I was saying earlier, it's different to most things (actually, it's different to probably everything) in the chart at the moment. I never thought it would flop at all, considering it got top 40 on iTunes without a music video, and without being on Radio 1's playlist (although it was added last week in the end).

I Wanna Go will probably miss the top 100 I think! :o But it's sure to go top 10 in the US, which is what counts the most really.

Album is at #12.

WOW. She's actually doing really, really well.

It's on an advert for something. And apparently it's a massive summer tune.

DJ Fresh being #1 just seems strange to me. The first thing I heard of his was 'Hypercaine' and I remember being extremely surprised that even went top 200 on iTunes  But I guess Louder being released post-dubstep-revolution has helped it a bit. DJ Fresh's sound is a lot more popular at the moment than it was then (although Hypercaine and indeed Gold Dust and Lassitude are more drum n bass than dubstep)

However, the whole tripling the pop bars thing would have been much more impressive if Louder was released earlier :P

Well, yes but I wouldn't have made that prediction if it had been released earlier as Example and DeRulo would still have been more of a threat

I do agree with you on the actual quality of the song though, it's 'good' but hardly outstanding and I can't exactly see why this has done so much better than other British dance songs this year - my prediction on its success was based entirely on hype/pre-orders etc... as opposed to my actual opinion of the song!
