I don't hold out too much hope for this contest for me, I had hoped for a top 5 finish before it began.

Am I being incredibly stupid and missing something here, or were we not supposed to reveal our entry? :P

 

I don't hold up much hope for my entry either, although at least I'm comforted by the fact that it's incredible and that anyone who didn't at least give it points doesn't deserve EARS.

I can't predict the outcome of these results either. If I had to choose something that could be a likely winner it'd be between Ellie & The Oscars, The Storm or Tonight as they sound like tracks that would appeal to pop and indie fans.

 

Then again it might be Pansy Division or Teengirl Fantasy that are victorious.

I don't think the song I gave top marks to will get much points from anybody bar me, but I hope it does well. I imagine Philter, Azure Ray & Islands will do well. Also, I am 95% sure of who sent in the Pansy Division track.

Barber's Adagio For Strings (obvious but undeniably amazing)

Allegri's Miserere Mei

Vaughan Williams' Five Variants of Dives and Lazarus

 

I find classical music to hold more sentiment than a lot of other musical styles, all three of the above remind me of something or someone very special so I love them.
