That'll probably be the reason why radio aren't onto it as much as The Sats or Pixie's releases just yet then... I'm pretty sure she will lose though :( Unfortunately. I don't think she/they'll win.

Thing is they've flimed a video & sent it out to radio, i dont know what will happen if its not allowed to be released, they'll have to think REALLY fast.

LOL don't you try to blame it on myself. All I did was correct that Sugababes outsold Leona, not the other way around, and got immediately under attack for not worshipping QoL Lewis and not making up information. :'(

I feel so bad for Leona, that guy sounds a total ASS. Major labels don't usually mess things like this up. I can see them settling out of court and Leona releasing something else.

I can't see this going any other way apart from Avicii winning. Do you think he would really be making such a big thing of it, and taking her to court if he thought there was any possibility he could be proved wrong, and he actually knew about it? That would look awful on him, so I honestly don't think he would be taking it to court unless he was sure he would win.

 

If that happens and the release for 'Collide' gets cancelled, I wonder what on earth they are going to do, to try and rescue this era :o
