Maybe Life Goes On will re-enter the top 40 next week.

Ed Sheeran could get a 12th week in the top 10 if Nero falls lower than it, since I can see only 3 songs getting in the top 10 on iTunes next week (Calvin Harris, Olly Murs, Bruno Mars).

Wiz Khalifa will miss the top 200. I think it's such a good song though. And it got to #1 on US iTunes, yet flopped MAJORLY here, which proves being a hit in the US doesn't automatically make you a hit in the UK.

I hope Calvin Harris can get #1 over Olly, But i doubt he will! :( I like both song's but i'd prefair Calvin at #1 :)
Really really hope Olly is number 1, it's his best single yet (and he's fit :P)! Feels So Close is nowhere near as good as Bounce. In fact, it's his worst single for me apart from Vegas and maybe Colours :(

If it wasn't for Bounce missing out, I'd have said Calvin would've been number 1, he should've released this week to stop Wretch32 :( He's awful at choosing release dates, last time he was against Example and this time it's Olly

LIVE FEED. Joking, Kerry ftw :P

I want Olly Murs to be #1. His song is so brilliant. It's so catchy. The chorus is incredible (that instrument that plays in the background! :o). I love the drums before the chorus. The rapping is really funny. And it's not a synthesizer overload (parts of the instrumental are nothing but drums). Plus, I think it sounds really, really British.

If Evanescence get a hit with What You Want then there is no reason why Within Temptation can't too :( They are basically the same, WT is better though :kink:

Faster is my favourite song of 2011 and it deserved a Top 40 place :(

Evanessence >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Within Temptation

:P

Call me when Within Temptation do anything as good as My Immortal, Bring Me To Life or Lithium. I do like WT though.

Within Temptation's back catalogue blows Evanescence's right out of the water :P
My Immortal is better than WT's whole back catalogue put together, as is Bring Me To Life, Lithium and probably Call Me When You're Sober :P
My Immortal, while good, is highly overrated.

Market saturation.

I think Olly will be a dead cert for #1 next week his single is alright but nothing special, he is co-presenting the Xtra Factor with Caroline Flack from tonight onwards surely that will give him a boost.

Calvin Harris will probably get another top 3 hit maybe top 5 depends how far Maroon 5 and Wretch falls.

Take That will most likely chart as well Gary Barlow is one of the judges on X Factor but not as high, probably top 30.

Evanescence, Will Young, Noel Gallagher will probably just scrape a top 40 hit, Noel Gallagher will be high with physicals early on in the mids next week and probably trail off by the end of the week.

Not sure about the other releases, never heard of Miranda Lambert, her single is a bit country-ish, country music does not really go down well in the singles chart.

There's not many songs that similar to No Sleep in the chart! I suppose What the Hell and Ignition are probably in the top 1000 somewhere, but I can't think of much else.

I don't think market saturation can stop songs from selling, or otherwise songs like Wet, Titanium and Rain Over Me wouldn't have recently entered the top 40.

The inclusion of Miranda Lambert was just a joke/me looning :P It will obviously miss top 1000 completely as it's barely even made an impact in the US yet (her singles are always slow burners there, it'll be top 40 in like 3 months ).

Just realised EOG will climb from tonights X Factor which should give it a couple more weeks top 40 hopefully

Why? Has the show started already?! :o And I thought this would've been flimed before The Edge of Glory got released, or not long after.

If possible, would anybody be able to list all the songs performed?

And all the songs played in the background aswell (although this would no doubt be the same old Chasing Cars, Clocks, Firework, Use Somebody, Livin on a Prayer, etc.), as last year some of them saw big boosts.

Also, Ed Sheeran down to #9 and JLS up to #8.

All these bands/rock artists are flopping/going to flop because they're releasing their singles wayyyyyy too early. Foo Fighters aren't far from being the biggest band on the planet right now and they still couldn't go top 20. Muse and Biffy Clyro are the only ones who can (other than Coldplay, obviously). Evanescence's album will do okay and Noel's should sell really well (I wonder how many days it'll take him to overtake Beady Eye's YTD sales? I bet about 20 :kink:) but I want them on the singles chart more often :(

Kasabian could pretty easily go top 20 too I'd think. And Snow Patrol.
