August 14, 201115 yr good on radio1 and zane lowe for exposing nero to mainstream uk listeners whod have thought theyd get a number 1......if it wasnt for radio 1.........it would never have went top 10, never mind no1...capital would never have played this pre release!!! Capital have played Promises a lot actually. Listen for yourself.
August 14, 201115 yr I love how they're playing 'Heaven' straight after the chart show. I think this could be my song of 2011. It's so good and Emeli's voice is fantastic. Hope it manages to get to #1 at somepoint. :D

How factual is this statement though?radio 1 alisted promises over a month ago.they also promoted the first 2 singles.capital may well have given the odd pre-release spot play to promises because guilt was top 10 for a week and me and you was top 15 but overall capital plays artists that have never had a hit before very little but they play new singles by big established artists weeks before release to make them sound fresh!!thats commercial radio for you, never take risks!!
