£45 isn't THAT bad, really? Plus it's a ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE (unless you saw them back in 01 or whatever).

I saw them in 2000, so I'm not in the position of 'Oh my lord, I have to see them before I die' otherwise I would pay the price. But since I saw them at the peak of their popularity and only payed like £20, this seems bad.

That was 11 years ago. Have you never heard of (hyper)inflation?

 yep. I still think its too much for Steps. I paid 20 quid to see Katy Perry in two weeks.

I just booked front row for Manchester. April can't come quick enough for me!!

£45 for an arena show is less than the usual!

They will obviously be putting on a spectacle, so that will be very expensive.

Katy Perry's prices will not be £20 now.

I paid £28 to see Lady GaGa on the first leg of the Monster Ball tour in February 2010.

When she came back to the same venue and put on the same show just 4 months later, ticket prices had rocketed to around £70!

Decent prices, I remember paying something like £65 for Kylie so its within my price range.

My mum is keen to see them, I have images of the two of us camp dancing down the front

I have been practicing my One For Sorrow routine *.*

I bet it is nothing compared to my Mother's routine to 5,6,7,8.

If I saw an arena tour for £20 in 2011 I would class that as DIRT CHEAP.
Well I'm seeing Bruno Mars at the Capital FM arena in Nottingham for £25! I'm shocked! Rihanna's tickets are about £39.50 and she's (arguably) the biggest popstar in the UK/World right now!

No way am I paying £40, WAY too expensive for my liking, especially considering I only payed £30 to see Lady GaGa, and £26 to see Katy Perry earlier this year. I suppose I did go to the GOLD tour anyway though, so I'm not too fussed about missing this.

This is all intensely amazing! So glad they're playing Brighton Centre, I'm definitely there even if I have to work an extra few hours

Ha at them being #1 on iTunes too, how on earth have they managed to actually get a hit album out of this Gold rehash!?! Especially considering the download version has no videos as bonus incentives. Annoyed at HMV though, it was on the bottom shelf and there was about 4 copies :/

This album has become far more successful than I ever imagined it would! It's making me worried the tickets will sell out quickly on Friday. I have the day off though, so I'll be there at 9am poised to purchase  . Really hope I'm more lucky with this than I was with the olympics :heehee:

I'm at work Friday so I won't be getting very good seats :(

Just watching the This Moning performances now. I thought they were very good, they barely ever used to sing live anyway so it was great to see them doing so and they did a good job vocally with some good harmonies imo...

Im glad that the comeback is shaping to be successful from looking at things initially, if the ultimate collectioon even goes top 10 id be delighted and it would show the interest is there for them, if this ultimate collection can do well ( considering its basically gold again with dancing queen, and gold already been a million seller) i think they could do well with a brand new album if the come up with the goods.

Live on This Morning;

Claire still bringing amazing vocals to the table, Lisa less so but she tries her absolute best as ever

I hope this becomes successful for them and they come back for good! I've been missing them a lot lately and I'm glad this is finally happening.
She's doing her best, bless her  Claire is AMAZING though, and I was surprised how good Lee sounded :o H not so much and tbh I sort of hate him now, atl least he's standing at the back :kink:

My favourite Lisa line is "I was working with Gary Barlow for my album, we should get him for new music", as if her album had been a huge hit

But God, there performances were awful. I wouldn't pay £20 for that. Let alone £45.
