They devote an entire section to solo covers and no Say You'll be mine? :o
I so wish I'd been at the O2 last night, or tonight. It was amusing enough seeing Lisa unleash arena friendly monster Lately onto the unsuspecting/uninterested crowd at the small-ish Brighton Centre, seeing her have this moment in front of 20,000 odd people would have been a moment I'm sure, along with her 'thank you, I'm back with my friends' moment of course.

I went to the same show as Ghosty and didn't know!

Shock O Lady was TERRIBLE.

I saw that you'd been in another thread in the Lounge! It's a shame we didn't realise, but at least you were spared my embarrassing dancing as a result! :heehee:

I didn't mind Shock O Lady's second song in a "this would be perfect for Melodifestivalen" kind of way, but opening with a T-Rex cover was very random and her rapper friend was beyond dire.

My attendance was very last minute but would have been cool to say hi if I knew. I couldn't dance very much as I holding my overly expensive programme under my arm!

Yeah, the merch got in the way with me too, I had it all in a tote bag on my shoulder . We figured it best to get all the merch first incase it got too busy at the end. It was too cramped to do any of the moves properly though I found, which was a shame as I'd mastered the Summer Of Love routine to perfection :kink:

Saw them last night at the Metro Radio Arena, it was an amazing night, was on my feet almost all the way through but the seating was very cramped, making it hard to do the dance moves, still had fun.

The supporting acts were crap though.

Think Kamaliya was just as bad

So typical of her :heehee:

Bit a slow moving episode tonight I thought, but hopefully the series will improve as they start to prepare for and head off on tour.

I was looking forward to seeing some live singing and rehearsals etc...but no -_- just Lisa trying to be a diva as usual. Your getting paid a hefty amount of money for 2 months work, which wil allow them not work again for the next 10 years. She really does make me laugh, wants to spend time with her family, but if any of the others did it she would be the first to moan. Was quite a slow episode but hopefully next week will be better. ^_^

Loved Claire and Faye as usual. Claire really doesn't give a shit. But almost a bit too much, she know's she's way overweight and unfit so surely she should try getting fit and working on her voice!? Well I would if I was her...

Oh, and has anyone else noticed H's blatant hair transplant!?

Claire's easily the best singer, as proved last week when I saw them but Faye still comes across as by FAR the most likeable/down to earth. And the only one without a partner that's irritating as hell apparently.

To me Lisa is the most fame hungry and i think she knows people think that so that why she is trying to show that fame isnt as important as her kids to her, the webcam part when the kids kept coming up to her to me looked very staged. Nonetheless i enjoyed the episode although it was slow paced, i do like Steps but the first episode in this series doesn't do Claire, H and Lisa any favours as they seem to come across oh this is gonna be a chore. Faye and Lee seem genuinely appreciative that they have been given a second chance. Faye is definitely my favorite as she has come across as very down to earth.

I hope between the tour and the tv series and the tour edition of the album that it will build up a few more sales.

Is there anywhere online I can watch this (or the previous series)? I don't have Living :(
I would consider buying the DVD, Steps songs hold many memories and would love to see the show.

they were actually better than I thought they'd be yesterday! it felt more interactive than other concerts that I've been to, what with the dance game. I enjoyed the solo performances the best though, particularly lisa. the effects going on in the background of the stage had impressed me as well, particularly during H's solo performance. overall, a great night. :D

as for the support acts, I liked the songs by kamaliya but it was obvious that she wasn't singing live. we also turned up a bit late so we missed a bit of her performance(s) too. as for shock-o-lady... well... yeah. my sister actually thought she was goldie from the x factor!
