Yeah the fact her live band have learned to play it live and it was the only album track performed + her musings about it on twitter are generally very clear signs that it should almost definitely be the next single.

 

Let's hope she gets a proper video director in this time. Laurie-Ann needs to have a BREAK.

How does it not work live? Its sounds AMAZING. The only bad thing about it is she didn't perform the whole song. :(

 

DJ Guena who has done quite a few remixes for GaGa including 'Judas', has confirmed on Twitter that he's been making a remix for 'Scheiße'. I'd be pretty shocked now if she turned around and said the next single was something other than this.

GagaDaily have asked fans on Twitter to trend what song they want as the next single with '#Team' in front of it. #TeamHeavyMetalLover is the highest, and is second on worldwide TT.

I'd happily settle for 'Heavy Metal Lover' if it turns out 'Scheiße' isn't the next single. Anything else though, and I wont be best pleased. #TeamScheiße

From the looks of Twitter, 'Marry The Night' seems to be the single.

'Marry The Night' is the next single now, not 'Scheiße'. Even though I prefer 'Scheiße' and its my favourite on the album, the only song that could become a big hit still is 'Marry The Night', it is so catchy and so radio-friendly and I am happy as its my second favourite off the album. I doubt 'Scheiße' would have done as well, as radio's may be reluctant to play it because of the name and I doubt it will connect with the general public as much as 'MTN'. Best possible choice IMO. Just hope to god it can do alright over here after the disaster that was 'You & I', I hope it can go top 10, but I am worried that 'Y&I' has ended this era already.

I am a bit disappointed Scheisse has been cancelled, but I love MTN too and it's definitely the obvious hit! Plus we're saved the inevitable shitty radio edit named 'Be Mine' with all the words bleeped out :D

'Marry The Night' should've been released in place of the current single, it seems an obvious hit to me but I'm not sure it can fulfill its potential after that.

It wasn't confirmed in the first place.

Disappointed it didn't end up being 'Scheiße', but 'Marry The Night' is one of my favourites, and I can see it performing pretty well so I'm happy.
