I can't see how people cannot pick a song (assuming they're clueless of which track to send and not a multiple choice to choose from) in a period of a month. Surely there's ONE track that charted in your personal charts (if you have one) or in your daily playlist that is bond to be unknown and one which you love?

I want to enter too many entries (over 10 entries to choose from, this month and the last) and have a hard time picking, but I just don't get how people can't find a track to send at all

I'd be INCREDIBLY annoyed if someone else entered HandS. I haven't yet decided whether to try and enter it or not (still loving + living 4) as I think it's touch and go whether it'll be vetoed, and if it wouldn't be vetoed I'd feel awful if someone else sent it. I've got something else in mind anyway, but yeah.
I think it's at the Buzzjack stage where it would be ludicrous not to veto HandS now when Midnight City was...

To be fair Diana died on her arse in the final. And Lights is VERY popular on here.

I do feel a bit bad that your songs seem to be veoted every time

I actually think my song might be vetoed this time, as it contains a rather large sample of a song that was previously entered in the contest as a cover version...

I don't, if you can send anything inspired then you should be expecting to be vetoed.

Are you sure you phrased that quite how you wanted to Phil?

I'm surprised Lights and Midnight City got vetoed in honesty! Yeah, they have their fans on here, but it's not as if most people participating would've discovered either without the contest, which is what I thought was the general guiding principle behind the veto. That said I think the nature of Midnight City's entry probably justified the veto if only because it was incredibly underhand...

No. That could probably be worded much better. Although my head is too jumbled to figure out a way to rephrase it  :(

I don't think hardly anyone expected her to qualify for the final, so she's done really well imo :D Sunlight was only a B-side on a CD single, so that why it didn't get veto'd imo :)

Hi again :)

Just a question, if anyone could answer it - but how can I upload an excel spreadsheet onto the forum? Because I want to start my voting history :)

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Lights = Neon Hitch = Cocknbullkid.

The latter two always get access despite being popular within buzzjack world.

I just think you involve personal feelings regarding my entries (joke :P but considering how much you "like" me, I wouldn't rule that out) and it's totally unfair that you mod's knows who is sending what in early stages.

I must add that I don't have facts and I'm not for sure but if I remember correctly, Tom almost confirmed that 2-3 contest ago.

Those dates are parfait pour moi. :D I've been trying to search through my iTunes library for something to send, but French bureaucracy is ruining my life. I have a few songs in mind, but none that I'd be totally happy with sending. Waaaah. :(

I see Lights mentioned far more than the other two.

Wasn't Lights only entered the contest before last with FNT Nickodonia?

Yes, of course! My personal opinions mean I ban things only from countries I dislike. The other three mods are just for show.

(For the retards, the above is SARCASM, this is the SRS bit. The mod team will veto something if the majority think it is worthy of vetoing. If you get multiple entries in a row vetoed it means you are trying to send cheap, uninspired shit. Nothing to do with who you are. We couldn't give a shit. In fact when we are discussing something to veto the country name isn't even mentioned once, just the artist. Everything is subjective and we make our decisions based on what we think is popular on buzzjack, getting hype across the internet, looks to be the next WW#1. It's all done on a case by case basis so this is how one Lights entry can make it through and another be vetoed. If you seriously think the mod team, or more specifically a single mod, has a vendetta or involves personal feelings in this then it's time to start taking your medication again. This is an internet forum ffs stop being so pathetic, we aren't picking on you. Send something INSPIRED and you'll sail through the veto stage.)

Last time I check buzzjack chart, Lights is not charting, I don't follow blogs and of course she will be lucky if she enters WW top 1000 and let alone #1.

Get over it. It was vetoed, next time be a damned sight more inspired with your choices and it won't be vetoed. End of discussion.
It's the mods' choice to veto, just let it be. If they feel it should be veto'd, I trust their judgement in that because that's why are they are mods.
I do see why Addy might be chagrined that Lights was vetoed in fairness, but of course the easiest way around it is to just go for complete unknowns!
