'Out Of My Mind' is getting a video! :D As to whether it'll be a single or not, I don't know. 'Both Of Us' hasn't quite been as big as I predicted it would be for him (rather strange!). But hopefully it'll impact enough to get another top 75 hit for him.

That video has made me LOVE the song. It's perfect ... honestly, one of the videos of the year (although that's not saying TOO much).

Three weeks on Sunday until I meet him/go to his gig in Glasgow! Woop. :D

 

'So Good' is my favourite song of the year.

Video for "Ray Bands" made me hope it was the next single after OOMM but watching it it's very US-centric, so might not get a worldwide release. "Arena" is probably a more sensible choice unfortunately. "Play For Keeps" and "Play The Guitar" also got videos.

 

 

 

Saw him on Sunday. He was f***ing amazing. :o Didn't get to go to the Meet and Greet though 'cos Ticketmaster f***ed up my mates tickets and sent him VIP tickets for a Manchester gig (and he had to buy a regular ticket at the Glasgow venue 'cos there was no VIP left, and I wasn't prepared to abandon him while I met B.O.B) which I was pissed off about, but the gig itself was incredible. I was down the very front and he jumped into the crowd about three times during the night. He also chucked his shoes into the audience (and some drunk guy nearly knocked him out when he chucked HIS shoes back at him :lol:) and attempted a crowd surf but his security held him back.

And I know, I was seriously quite suprised. The venue isn't massive (it's just basically a stage, the floor, some stairs and then the bar/seating area) but the floor was packed. I think he posted pictures of the gig on his Twitter. At one point everyone started going crazy and chanting "B.O, B.O, B.O. f***ing B!!"and when I looked around there were so many people doing the raps to his songs. I always got the impression he was a bit of a flop in the UK and the gig would be empty but it was clear he had alot of fans there.

 

Anyways 'Out Of My Mind' is at #126 on iTunes currently. I'm not sure it'll do well in the UK 'cos it's not very radio friendly and there's alot of swearing in it but hopefully it becomes another top 40 hit for him. I think it was a mistake releasing 'Both Of Us', tbh, he should just have went for 'Islands' or 'Bombs Away'.
