Just what i wanted from her though. Still insanely gaga but with a killer pop chorus so let's hope the album and lead single follow suit too.

I'm assuming Aura is the same as Burqa I'm listening to? If she's doing stuff like this, then count me in for this era - I certainly wasn't in for last era, but I'm definitely here for crazy electronic pop with great choruses.

 

 

Seems to be higher quality than that Soundcloud to me.

Yeah it's the same song, there's just some confusion as to what the official title is (i think sources have confirmed it is in fact Aura but not 100% sure yet).

 

Also rumours abound that it could be featured on the Machete Kills film soundtrack just because of the general sound of it but again nothing is confirmed.

Absolutely bonkers but that's why I love it!

I like this on first listen, although I'm wary that it doesn't sound like she's moved on a lot from the robotic aesthetic of a lot of BTW and I'd be more comfortable if I knew this was just a bit of a throwback with her pushing herself more elsewhere on the album.

Well, I can't say I listened as the only song I really like from the 7 I've heard is Judas.

This is amazing. It's still quite Born This Way but I can live with that, I'd be more than happy with a whole album along these lines :wub:

Aura is unreal. I can't get enough of it! :wub: Just imagine how good Applause is going to be. Omg I'm in a total spin since the first listen.

I now feel that Applause will be underwhelming compared to Aura. It has alot to beat.
