You're right we don't, but boybands are incredibly marketable and profitable at the moment so it would make more sense for Tulisa to let the public decide their fate in subsequent weeks than for her to oust them at this stage. Whereas 2 Shoes, as much as I like them as personalities and enjoy their performances for novelty value, won't sell records to anybody - even if I think that they could definitely last for another few weeks on the public voting on likeability factor alone. If Tulisa keeps both boybands in then I doubt either will go anywhere for at least another month and she'll want to last the longest that she can in the competition with her acts in tact.

 

It's her call but if it were purely down to the public vote, I'm 90% sure that Rhythmix would be the first group to leave, whether she decides to keep them in for another week though is another matter altogether.

I actually want Marcus out. I really enjoyed Frankie, Craig and James last night, where as IMO, Marcus isn't anything special.

I've got this really bad feeling that Louis will keep Jonjo despite him giving an absolutely ghastly performance last night. I've seen more personality on a cardboard cutout of Jedward. Then there was James who howled his way through 'Ticket To Ride' and I'm sure that was down to nerves. It just made for a very unpleasant listening experience.

 

So those who got it spot on last night (Mischa, Craig, Sami, Marcus) really do deserve to stay. If that's what they sound like in week 1, I'd like to imagine that they will continue to rise to the challanges ahead over the coming weeks. Rather that than thinking they've peaked already and write them off so soon.

 

I'm also taking into consideration that Louis Walsh is there - notorious for being an utter prick in the past when it's come to sending home an act when he has had the deciding vote. So for that reason alone I'm starting to believe he will keep Jonjo in the competition for another week and send home Sami "for shock value". The X Factor thrives on this - the type of TV that is guaranteed to get half the office at work tomorrow moaning and whinging. I've seen it before and no doubt I'll most likely see it again tomorrow morning. :lol:

 

As for Gary there is no excuse. James was simply the worst in his category whilst Craig and Marcus have more potential. If Gary saves James and sends home Marcus or Craig, that'll be another nail in the coffin. Frankie isn't going anywhere sadly. :no:

 

Kelly will have the hardest decision because all 4 of the girls have potential to go far with the right song choices. I still have a gut feeling Sophie will be going but yet I genuinely think she could blossom and become a real contender if given the chance.

 

I sense Tulisa will eventually show how biased she is and put all her attention towards The Risk as "the band she made at judges houses". She might as well just pick any of the other three at random tonight to leave the contest. I suspect 2 Shoes are goners though.

Yeah completely agree with 2Shoe's was just saying same thing to my dad, i'm sure they are going. Nuvibe will be over shadowed by The Risk though, as they are better vocally and are different from OneD & JLS.

THIS. Tbh if Gary, Tulisa or Kelly had the overs I'd say Sami had 0% chance of going because they actually have minds and would send home Johnny. But with Louis in charge, Johnny is going nowhere. And Kitty is the source of controversy so it'll be twisted so she can stay. Then there's Jonjo. Now he was the weakest and I think Louis may boot him off because SURELY the producers won't let Sami go? But then again, more controversy so it could happen. I'm sticking with Jonjo as the one to go but Sami wouldn't be a shock at all. Although, didn't Gary say he'd leave if she wasn't through? I wonder if he'll actually make good of that? :o

I do love Sophie - and would be gutted to see her go, but I think she is the right decision to go tonight.

 

I feel Amelia was weaker, but if I were a judge, I'd want to get rid of the act I felt had the least audience backing. I really doubt Sophie is going to have as much support as the other 3.

That's exactly the problem Sami faces. Out of everyone in that final 16, she's really scored the bum deal because under any of the other three judges she'd be safe as houses. Louis Walsh however has consistently displayed a belief that "entertainment" should triumph over vocal ability, and he specialises in the Jedwards and the Wagners of the contest. I'd love to be proven wrong but I honestly think Sami's f***ed.

I couldn't stand the male bands. The abs flashing was the most cringeworthy thing you could EVER do up there (including showing your COCK). Beautiful People is a shitty song, it doesn't let you show off your voice at all, they just ran and jump around like f***ing bunnies. It was tragic. As for The Risk, no chemistry WHATSOEVER. They look like each one of them want to be better than the other, and they probably do. James was boring, bland and suicide-inducing. He can just f*** off right now.

 

Such terrible performances with exception of the 6 acts. :nocheer: Crsig was incredible, really did not expect that. A bit TOO emotional hence only 9.5/10.

 

And what the f*** have they done to Sam?!? She looks proper SIXTY-NINE. Make-over is an OPTIONAL thing, some people looked the best the way they were (Amelia, Janet, Sophie, Kitty).

I think Jonjo Sophie/Amelia 2 Shoes/Nu Vibe and James are going i hope Sophie goes cause all though she has a good voice i find her boring where as i think Amelia has more ponetial

I think it's pretty clear that 2 Shoes are going unfortunately. They were the only ones who weren't praised to high heavens by Tulisa last night, although I'm HOPING she just decides to get rid of one of the boybands to keep a bit of variety.
