I remain 100% sure that Maroon 5 will be hitting that top spot come October 9th. You'll see..

I don't think it's that. I've tried 3 different browsers and they all show it atm.

The theme and special guests have been confirmed for the first X Factor Live Show.

All 16 contestants will be tackling tracks from a 'UK v US' back catalogue when the show kicks off on Saturday night at 7.30pm on ITV1.

Complementing the theme are special guests from the UK and US. Last year's X Factor winner Matt Cardle will be giving a live performance of his single 'Run For Your Life' as he attempts to top the UK singles chart for the second time.

Meanwhile, Cee Lo Green will be representing the US with a special performance of his latest track 'Cry Baby'.

Cee Lo Green? REALLY?

I like the guy, but he doesn't deserve an X Factor slot. At least Rihanna isn't getting one.

Cee Lo Green on X-Factor, that's great news. After 'I Want You' only peaked at #90, 'Cry Baby' should give him a fourth T40 hit (fourth T20 depending on how well it goes down). It'd be a smart move for the management team to rise to price back to 99p, but I think keeping it at 59p will ensure it gets a good chart position come October 16th.
I fail to see why Cee Lo wouldn't deserve an X Factor slot and it'd be good to see if it can push Cry Baby into the top 40. It was probably booked before Rihanna moved her release (would be stupid to perform a song not being released for another month) and they'd probably already booked Cee Lo and since he's in the UK why not?
Cee Loo Green is horrific and overrated, I will not be watching his Xfactor performance. Tom Rihanna will get an Xfactor before her album release!

Two weekends in a row on ITV shows too, after last week's Jonathan Ross performance. Don't think too many people had him down in the 'Guess the X factor performances' either. I wonder if he still would have been given a slot, if he had been able to take up The Voice UK coaching role he turned down because it clashed with the US version?

Looks like it's going to be really close between Rihanna and Maroon 5 then.

Do we think Matt will be number 1 next week? I'm not too sure, think the X Factor performance will have a massive bearing, it's what killed Leon Jackson's single stone dead. I think it does appeal to the people who voted for him, so if they hammer home the point, it's out now it should have enough universal appeal.

I don't see it racing to number 1 by midday on Sunday though, think it will atleast take until the X Factor performance for it to reach number 1 on itunes if it's going to get there at all.

It would have been better for Lady Gaga to promote You & I on X Factor surely? If Gaga performs on Xfactor when all her songs are 59p imagine the overload. It's climbed to #22 on iTunes and should go top 15 tomorrow after Jonathan Ross, at least the song will now peak top 20.

27. Lady Gaga - Edge Of Glory

52. Lady Gaga - Born This Way

90. Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

94. Lady Gaga & Beyonce - Telephone

97. Lady Gaga - Judas

119. Lady Gaga - Just Dance

129. Lady Gaga - Alejandro

142. Lady Gaga - Paparazzi

71. Jennifer Lopez - Papi

72. Skylar Grey - Invisible (Weird to see it climbing now)

Cee-Lo is a fantastic choice, he's been one of the more successful artists over the past 12 months, he has a fantastic voice (he'll put all of the contestants to shame) and IIRC he wasn't on last years show?

What makes you think he doesn't deserve an appearance on x-factor, he's been in the music industry for 19 years, won Brit and Grammy awards and is a successful worldwide star, but I doubt he'll be flashing his knickers off anytime soon.

True, but he's not REALLY an "American Superstar", which seems to be what they are after this season. He's had two moderately successful albums, and two big singles, then everything else has been a bit middling. He does have a great voice, and I love the album, but IMHO he's not in the top 10 world acts that they should have performing.
But he's in the country at the time which is why they can get him. He may nit be a superstar bit his talent outweighs that of other so called superstars.
'radioactive' should be doing SO MUCH BETTER than this. it's brilliant, and marina really deserves another hit. :(
Maroon 5 down to around 41% now, but they have another version at 94 as well

The second version isn't even adding 1.5% to its total though. I think if it stays below 50% for the rest of the week then Rihanna has a chance of being #1.

Who is Bianca Nicholas? She's #86 with 'Hold On To Your Dreams'

Cee Lo Green is a decent choice for an XF performance, at least it's not a repeat. Hopefully we'll get more different names this series instead of the tired annual guestlist and former contestants.

Cee Lo is a decent choice, but for the opening live show, and with the theme US/UK i thought they would have got someone like Rihanna, Gaga, Katy P etc. Hopefully they all perform anyway later down the road, and please NO retired Boybands or performers that are recycled every year!! :drama:

Why would they have a Barbadian represent the USA?
