According to Will's twitter he's filmed the video for this, as well as another song called Great Times. A version of Great Times leaked on to the web, however apparently it's not the right version. Theres a live version floating about though. ;)

Yeah, I heard Great Times. He seemed pretty pissed off when it leaked. If the real version is better, then I think it should be quite good. He said he was going to make a hip hop album and a dance album, so I assume these two songs are for the dance album.

Hard and T.H.E are one and the same. T.H.E (The. Hardest. Ever.) is the official name for the song.

Sometimes artists record music videos, and then don't release them for like 9 months (e.g. Nicki Minaj), so maybe he'll do that. I hope he puts all focus on this song when it's released though, since I think it could be absolutely huge. It'd be a shame if he's promoting other songs when this is out imo.

Really don't like the song, but the ''You can go hard, or you can go home'' line has been stuck in my head for a while now... :P

Don't worry, it's quite normal. Probably 95% of songs released in the US are released without a video or airplay. And even the ones that are held back, it's usually only for a couple of weeks maximum.

 

They might hold it back in the UK though. Although The Time they released straight away (and it went straight to #2 on UK iTunes, and got to #1 officially just over a month later), so I think this song could be fine, apart from the fact that it's a very competitive time of year.

 

Apparently the music video will be released "later this month".

It would be contender for the worst/most novelty UK #1 ever... luckily, the fad of that genre is fast-fading, so I think it won't have a chance in hell :D

I don't know exactly. But I was in a live webchat with him a few months ago, and he said he's releasing two albums, one with hip hop songs, and one with dance songs.

 

But however he does it, I'm looking forward to the hip hop "album". will.i.am has had a tendency recently to make the first half of a song a hip hop beat, and the last half a dance beat (he's done this in songs such as Boom Boom Pow, Imma Be and Just Can't Get Enough). 95% of the time, the result usually seems to be someone saying "Oh, I like the first half, but it gets boring at the end", or "I downloaded the song, but I deleted the first 2 minutes of it on my mp3 player". :lol: So it'll be nice for people to either just love or hate each song now. :lol:

 

But anyway, I think this song will be big. Everybody on Buzzjack will hate it. But normal people will love it, and I can see it going to #1 in some countries.
