Gents, it's that time again already. We are looking for a new moderator to replace Peter who has sadly decided to leave us. Please be advised that we will continue with 3 moderators if we don't find a suitable replacement for the time being. What we are looking for is someone to round out the mod team. We've had a really good mix this time with a wonderful balance of personalities and opinions. We are looking for new blood to help push the contest forward. So I'm taking a different approach with this application.

 

In your application for this role we're not going to set you a list of questions you have to answer. We want to know what you can bring to the table in terms of your thinking outside the box. Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring new ideas to the table and help take this contest forward.

 

 

This is your time to shine, it's a blank canvas. Just impress us.

Yeah I had my doubts about whether it would be a successful application, I don't think I'd taken part in that many contests at the time, maybe 4 or 5? Glad I got the role though obviously :D

The more applications the better! Even if you don't think you stand a chance apply a way, uncovering a diamond in the rough would be a nice bonus.
