The Cher perf was mediocre but that's not going to stop it from hitting #1.

Sales don't mean she did a good performance though?

It's Florence and JLS on next week..

Dermot only announced JLS - so either Florence was a rumour or they haven't booked her yet / she's pulled out. From her perspective, an X-Factor performance would do the song and the album the world of good. Hopefully 'Shake It Out' will be performed (if she performs at all).

I quite enjoy the group performances actually - shame that in having 3 performers they decide to ditch it (see last week).

Its just different opinions. Some will love that, some wont. As with anything.

I agree with Jester though, vocals were off and the dancing was terrible. I dont hate her anywhere near as much as most people do though. (well dont hate her at all lol).

Who knows, how close is Cher to #1? The Wanted didnt make it and they were in similar position to Cher.

I really hope Pixie performs.

I would rather like 3 performances every week though. It could give "smaller" artists a chance to perform.

 42. Nicole Scherzinger - Try With Me

It's okay. Right There went into free-fall for a couple of hours after Nicole performed it on BGT, and then shot into the top 10. It'll probably be the same situation here. I think the reason why is because with Nicole's performances, they're so good that it takes the general public a while to recover and actually comprehend how good the performances were.
