Sophie's odds are lengthening though. Last night she was on evens to go, and now is on 5/4 - I'm hoping Frankie leaves, whoever is in the bottom two :D

Hope Frankie is in bottom 2, and if he is I can see him going, regardless of who he is up against. :D The competition would be such a nicer place without him! Really hope sophie isnt bottom 2 though :(

The bookies were right every week, even with the twist (they only got Amelia going wrong, they said Sophie would go). They had Frankie fave to go last week iirc though (Sami was 2nd however so they weren't far off). I'm still not sure Sophie will go, she's a cert for bottom 2. It will end up at deadlock I think, it's just whether Sophie gets enough votes, and I think she will.

Why vote for Sophie? A nice barmaid who happens to have a NACK for singing MoR ballads in a "slightly nice" tone. She has no star quality and the personality of a fish. I struggle to fathom reasons that people have to be friends with this girl on the basis of these hideously whitewash VT seshs she's been given of late. Nothing like meeting up FOR A CUPPA and going DARN THE MARKET when you are a teenager?!?

Sophie will go tonight. She's one of the best singers left so she definitely won't make the final. I wish we'd been able to see her personality more rather than just her 'having no personality'. We don't know ANYTHING about her apart from she was a barmaid. She's been set up to be dropped quicky.

I put a cheeky bet on Frankie-Sophie in the bottom two at 11/1 on Friday night, so with it now shortening to just above evens, I'd be a little ecstatic if it turned out to be correct. Yes, I'm a dirty capitalist. It's my first bet since turning 18, I'm not making a habit of this.

 

 

Hopefully, if that's the case, though, the judges will boot Frankie out, and leave Sophie to survive another week.

I don't know, I'd bet (no pun intended :P) on it going to deadlock, Frankie would be saved by Gary and Louis by Sophie will be saved by Alex and Tulisa. And in that case I'd not be entirely shocked if the tweenies could push Frankie just above her :(

I'm not sure Louis will save Frankie for a second time, he's not that big of a fan of him, but then I know he isnt a big fan of Sophie either..i'm not sure, i think we could be in for a shock tonight, there wasnt any INCREDIBLE performances. Quite an 'ok' bunch of finalists this year if i'm honest.

 

Great singers do make the finals though, but ofcourse some great singers dont make it at the same time but thats often because they have something missing normally..

In that case, it may depend on the sing-off. But then I have never trusted Louis in making the right decision with that.

Although, you sort of have to wonder if maybe this whole "nobody" business with Sophie might actually be helping her? Like some sort of paradox. :P People love a good underdog.

Yeah like Liam said, I was being ironic. I love Sophie and she's definitely my favourite left ( though I love Kitty and Johnny too). I just think that if she got bottom 2 the judges would drop her because she doesn't exactly grab headlines. The show isn't about good singers. The best singers last year IMO came top 2 but will have worse careers than 3rd and 4th because they're nit 'entertaining' enough
