November 2, 201113 yr It's sad that anyone is still speaking about the abomination that is Wherever You Will Go this many years later. It's hard not to when there are two versions of it currently in the top 30.

November 2, 201113 yr Author You know rock has officially died when Ed Sheeran is classified as rock. I saw it listed in the Urban T20 on one of the Sky music channels yesterday - not even *my* definition of urban is *that* wide! Could I have the total for Nicki Minaj & Rihanna's Fly please? :) 123k Could I have the sales of Lady GaGa Judas & Edge of Glory? Sorry, if they've already been said TEOG 423.5k Judas - may not even still be T200 this week, try tomorrow. Oh and Lana Del Rey Video Games, if you don't mind.. sorry! 66k
November 2, 201113 yr I saw it listed in the Urban T20 on one of the Sky music channels yesterday - not even *my* definition of urban is *that* wide! I know. It's quite silly. I could understand You Need Me, but certainly not The A Team! I think they do it because of the collabs he does, so they assume his solo material must be urban. :drama: They do the same with other artists too, such as David Guetta, and I assume it's for the same reason. They now just chart all David Guetta songs on urban charts, and play them on urban radio just because he collabed with Akon, Kid Cudi, Fergie, Kelly Rowland, Nicki Minaj, Ludacris, Kelly Rowland, Usher, etc. So they now assume everything he releases MUST be urban. So you'll probably see Titanium played on those places if it got released as a single, even though, truth is, none of his songs are urban. His type of music originated in mainland Europe.
November 2, 201113 yr Probably conclusive evidence that rap =/= hip-hop (Vidcapper, PLEASE take note) - Ed Sheeran isn't hip-hop at all, yet the majority of "You Need Me, I Don't Need You" sees him rapping. My point with Skrillex largely came from seeing him on the cover of RockSound magazine the other day, which describes itself as "punk/rock/metal/alternative" yet called an electronica producer (albeit one who used to be in a hardcore band) as 'the future of music'. Of course, it's possible that they've simply run out of stories about You Me At Six and Kids In Glass Houses to run on the cover

November 2, 201113 yr Author can i get the sales for notorious and all fired up by the saturdays please All fired up sales please? AFU 172.5k Notor 171k (I am now invoking Note 5 on this song, so please don't ask about it again for another month). Edited November 2, 201113 yr by vidcapper
November 2, 201113 yr Yep, When Loves Takes Over & Commander ;) I mentioned her twice by accident, but it's quite convenient that he actually HAS collabed with her twice. I was a bit surprised that she wasn't on David's most recent album actually. I was thinking she could become like a female Chris Willis, but clearly not.

November 2, 201113 yr I love how Wherever You Will Go has had such a resurgence - until recently it had barely any airplay since 2002 and was pretty much forgotten, three years ago I bought it in a (now gone) CD shop in Clapham for 10p!! Always found it very much underrated so nice to see it finally get more recognition :D
