Daniel, I think 'To The Stars' isn't even that dubsteppy! It crosses with the late Pendulum work more. I really like it, it's my fav release of this week.

The Pendulum comparison is about right imo. TTS is more like an Electro-Rock song, but it hasn't really grown on me. Seemed a bit underwhelming after their last two singles

I do, but this has passed me by!

It's how Tulisa pronounces the word 'ballad'. And Dermot opened up last night's show by saying it's a 'guaranteed ballid-free zone' or something similar.

Oh I do too but you should listen to it (if you haven't already). It's shockingly not bad.

Btw, great work with the spreadsheet. I enjoyed looking at it. :)

Thanks - you can find almost anything charting at the bottom end of it! :)

I know it's a bit early, and not sure on the reaction... but apparantly it is Gaga week next week on the XFactor :w00t: (and she's performing on the Sunday too)

So expect climbs from everything Gaga

Happy that Pixie's doing well but boo at JLS.
Good to see Maverick Sabre doing well although I hope he'd wish his debut single again so it would chart.

Does Gaga even have enough songs yet to fill up an episode of X Factor? And I could imagine people fighting over You and I, since every other one of her songs is high-tempo electropop. Or maybe they would do Speechless too.

Considering there will be 7 left in the competition, yes. 'The Fame' covers that already before 'The Fame: Monster' and 'Born This Way'. :P

Most likely to be performed:

Just Dance

Poker Face

Paparazzi

Bad Romance

Telephone

Born This Way <--- blates Johnny's track next week :heehee:

The Edge Of Glory (although Kitty has already performed this so perhaps not?)

Well, there will be 7 left and Marry The Night is her 12th UK single (13th if you count Hair)... :P

14th if you count Chillin' :kink:

14th if you count Chillin' :kink:

And 15th if you count Video Phone. Throw in non-UK single Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say) and that's enough songs for all 16 finalists

Tinchy overtaken by Loick's awful song? Ouch.

That is a VERY random post.

By this logic, if anyone who could be behind Nuhdeen it would be Tulisa herself.

 Why is that a random post? he has it on his signature... I wouldn't have mentioned it if I hadn't seen it there.

Ah, I'm sorry, Carlos. I didn't take a notice of Matt's signature and thought that you assumed that he's the author of NuhdeenCoyle based on his 'ballid' question.

 no, I quoted that post because it's when I noticed his signature, my fault there.

I hope they do a few album tracks personally (though i highly doubt that). Any one of them doing Dance in the Dark would be epic (ie Johnny doing the "Marilyn, Judy" part :D)

So many non-movers in this update :drama:

JLS probably won't get to #1 before XF I reckon. The last 2 songs we thought would get to #1 after XF (The Wanted and Cher) never did - will JLS break the streak or could this actually miss #1? :(
