Great to see an Urban overload all hopefully going Top 40. This surely will be Sways biggest hit if he goes Top 40. vidcapper will be taking to his bed. Where is Matt a much better song than his debut.

Sway had a #38 hit with 'Little Derek' in 2006. Still Speedin' should have no trouble beating that, top version almost top 40 now and two other versions top 130.

Lloyd doesn't seem to be climbing very fast any more. Still at #15 (+ #49).

Oh great, another comedian... ;)

Hey, I've barely even mentioned that recently, and besides, i haven't heard anyone complaining about the *main* topic I post on... ^_^

Just responding to this not trying to be a comedian :P

Just counting down to when your anti Urban music rants will start.

Matt's pretty much sealed as a flop artist then. Which is a shame because the album is actually really good and RFYL wasn't a good representation of it. Shame Starlight isn't getting the same promotion. I don't understand why they wouldn't have him back on XF when JLS and 1D are back next week with nothing new to promote. Oh well, I'm looking forward to getting Rebecca's album tomorrow, no doubt that'll bomb too.

I'm surprised just how good that Lloyd song is, very Plan B esque, a bit of classy R'n'B in the charts is never a bad thing :D listening to that T-Pain song now, I swear can this man sing a whole song without being drenched in autotune?!

and woo for Paradise :D

'Classy'? The clean version maybe :P

If Paradise doesn't make the top 10 this week it could still do so next week after their XF performance (assuming they do Paradise).

133. 5 O'Clock (feat. Wiz Khalifa & Lily Allen) - T-Pain

Please pick up soon :(

Can't people just download Lily Allen 'Who'd Have Thought' instead? I heard the T-Pain track a few weeks back and it was going so well until the rapping kicked in.

Same here, I even charted the track in my personal chart for a week and dumped it a week later. :( it was a Totally-Painful :heehee:

 15. Lloyd [also #47]

 40. Sway [also #102, #134]

 118. You Me At Six [also #360]

Another Top 100 hit for YM@6? Looks like it. And Sway should get at least T30 this week

You sound exactly like me last year regarding Joe. He didn't get a second performance either and no promo when Take that sang twice and they don't need it do they?! That show sucks with how they treat the winners. Maybe Matt can get away and turn it around like Joe. I think it might be harder for him though as I'm not sure he can do a complete u-turn on the style.

Well, you couldn't have thought it was "Totally-Painful" if you charted it for a week.

That's like me charting 'Wishing On A Star' for one week just because it's the UK #1. If it's crap, it ain't going in my chart!!! :D

LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem again very high (#78) on iTunes, so there is the chance again to overtake Price Tag in the Year-end chart :o

You would think, that with them underperforming with the first singles, they'd actually take the last ditch opportunity to turn it around before giving up completely.

The thing is, Matt IS making the style of music that he wants to, and that he should be, it's just that Syco is at a loss how to promote it. They need to be going for the older demographic but aside from Mother's Day cash-ins they don't really know how to do that. Starlight is actually a great song, and his album was quite decent, but they messed it up by pandering to Gary Barlow's whims and giving him the first single.
