November 27, 201114 yr I wouldn't be too sure - it dosen't seem to be doing well on Itunes. I predict a #2 peak position at the very most :o Cowell has his minions well trained, they'll download after tonight's show or tomorrow. It depends if that can be eroded during the week. I still can't get over how the Children in Need single flopped
November 27, 201114 yr I can see Olly getting number 2 again next week but being well beaten by the X factor single.
November 27, 201114 yr I can't! That performance won't help much tbh! People really need to get realistic, put your fan-ships aside and look objectively. We all 'stan' once in a while, but most people do it for people who follow through with SUCCESS like GaGa, Rihanna etc... Listen to the mods and the regular chart followers - I do..and they hardly make mistakes. I'm sensing Deja Vu! ;)
November 27, 201114 yr Oh not you again! I hardly think someone like you is in a position to be objective about his performance, you'd made your mind up before it even started. All that matters is the exposure. Nice HMV ad for his album there too, plus that Vegas competition is still going. Tbh it'd just annoy me if he got number 2 to a default number 1 anyway so I hope you're right. That said, it's easy to support international superstars in chart battles isn't it, how brilliant of you!
November 27, 201114 yr The 'performance' was mimed which is ridiculous. They just stood there pretending to sing to an autotuned track
