I think it's been around for a bit that 2 of them did want to and 2 of them didn't, but Chris said they wouldn't go it unless all four wanted to.

Coldplay, Buble, JLS, One Direction and Leona for the "grand" finale :/

 

I'm really disappointed. I like Coldplay and Buble but they don't really get me that excited for a TV performance. JLS and One Direction, AGAIN, boring as hell.

 

A finale without at least one big female US superstar is a let down. I wanted Rihanna, Gaga, Britney or something equally exciting. Even good old Christina Aguilera got me more excited last year.

Chris Martin is pals with Gary Barlow.

 

After the CIN concert he tweeted "Gary Barlow is my Hero".

 

I guess Gary convinced them to go on the show, also the fact its now at Wembly in front of 10,000 may also have a bit of influence.
