I think "Laserlight" is really quite average, she needs to release "My Shadow" if she goes for another single. It's a ballad, so they might not go for it so soon after "Who You Are", but I find it really touching. It's a more mature, heartfelt, sound from her as the subject is about losing someone.

Do we know it's if her last single? There were three songs on the re-release, including a collab with David Guetta (and all three of them went top 200 on iTunes when they were released), so we could be seeing 2 more singles, maybe. If Domino goes to #1, I'm sure they'll do another one.

That's whys I said probably... But yeah, come to think of it, Laserlight will probably get released! :lol:

I agree. Even as a Jessie loon, I can't say I am raving about them choosing 'Laserlight' as a single. I find the chorus quite disjointed and I find it too much like Titanuim meets Save The World Tonight and at the end of the day, its just not very Jessie. I much prefer 'My Shadow' aswell, although if I was her I would get on with recording the second album instead of releasing a 6th single.

I prefer 'My Shadow' out of the two. As you say, it is more Jessie. It has the depth that Jessie wants in a song. I think 'Laserlight' is just there for hit purposes. I doubt Jessie feels as much connection with that song as she probably does with MS.

Yeah, if anything, it looks like an "I've done a song with you, do one with me" kind of thing that sometimes happens. I think this song means more to her, for obvious reasons. She also performed it on tour, but not "Laserlight", so I'd hope that's a positive sign. With The Voice UK coming up, it'd be something of a waste not to perform one of them. (though I guess she could do "Domino"...)
