-0-10% vinyl/casette. My parents own a few vinyls but I don't

-11-20% CDs (from people who give CDs as presents - I don't buy CDs myself)

-Over 80% downloaded :D

-About 85% legally obtained. I can't say 100% for this question however but I do purchase properly where possible :)

I can't properly answer question one as I don't have a favourite format. I prefer downloads for singles but CDs for albums.

CD now but still have hundreds and hundreds of vinyl singles. A fair number of downloads, all obtained legally.

Not really sure on % terms. I have just under 300 CD albums, plus I have a fair bit of music in my collection that are from legally bought CDs but not by me.

Over half is legally purchased, but probably not as much as two thirds.

Looks like I'm the only one who has over 80% of my music collection on CD :lol:

81-100% legally (probably about 95, although 90-ish if you include the stuff I got for free when the second hand iPod I bought had a load of stuff left on it)

I've done mine. I was torn on whether I prefer CDs to downloads, because I prefer CDs for albums, but downloads for singles, but as more of my music collection is albums, I went with CD.

Wouldn't be able to hazard a guess on the last one, I legally download where possible but I listen to a lot of music than ends up going without a UK release so often have to illegally do it.

I clicked the wrong one on the last question. All my downloads are legal but I thought it meant how many legal downloads I had in my collection. So it really should be 100%

Is this for singles or albums? The difference is big imo :D

My music collection is virtually 100% CD's. If I cant buy it on the physical format, I'll rarely download it. The only thing I will download is rare remixes or leaked songs.

30% Vinyl (first started buying music in the eighties so have a mass of LP's, singles etc)

I am a CD person. I tend to download individual tracks and only tend to download an album if it's significantly cheaper. Much prefer to have an album on CD and then transfer it to my MP3. Not sure why but just prefer the physical copy. You can't sign a download either.
