She is also in the running for best British single and will sing Rolling at the Deep at this year's event in what is only her second live performance since having throat surgery last year.

A wasted performance yes, but the BRITs will be celebration for her after an incredible 2011 - and 'Rolling in the Deep' was the song that kicked off '21' and the international success that followed. I've bought 'Someone Like You', 'Set Fire to the Rain' and 'Turning Tables' from the album thus far, so a performance may give me another reason to purchase the incredible 'Rolling in the Deep'.

I agree that it makes sense to perform Rolling in the Deep... :(

Would have preferred Turning Tables or Rumour Has It but I don't think RITD is necessarily a bad choice. It is a little strange though that she's performing a single released BEFORE the song she performed last year... it's like Rihanna going to #1 in the USA with 'What's My Name?' before she did so with 'Only Girl (In The World)' :lol:

 

Could give her another million seller anyway (or speed it up at least, I think RITD was on course to eventually hit a million anyway).
