It sounds like a new (and muchly improved!) 'The Way You Watch Me'! :cheer:

Completely get the Girls Aloud comparison too! It's like 'Long Hot Summer' mixed with 'The Way You Watch Me'. Not sure it sounds like a single, but that clip was a mess anyway, so we really cannot give judgement off that.

I hope that's not going to be the next single, doesn't sound like single material. I'm still holding out for Not Giving Up On Love!

A few days on wikipedia Gentleman was added to their discography as the next single. It is probably untrue as they were meant to have a single called 'fresh' I hope for NGUOL too!!!1

Not Giving Up On Love isn't the next single. The new single was confirmed by their make up artist as being a completely unheard track on the day they shot the video (this was before the Gentleman clip was shown on Chasing The Sats so that could still be in the running).

I hope it isn't Gentleman though. It sounds better off as a good album track. The American accents will see them be slated and I think it would be a little too polarising as a single which they really don't need. It doesn't really sound like a Saturdays song which won't help them when it's on the radio, it doesn't sound like them. I'm not mad on What About Us but it has a bit of the Saturdays feel to it where Gentleman doesn't at all really. It's a completely different sound and direction to WAU which I don't think would help them. It also sounds like Spice Girls/Girls Aloud/Stooshe rolled into one haha.

I'd love something like Britney Spears' Toxic on the album. Make it happen, Mollie!

TBH it sounds like Stooshe, and I don't like them. I hope this isn't the single I think I will be quite angered if it is because I don't think the song will be very popular, it sounds as if they are rapping.

It won't be the new single, don't worry guys. ;) Plus, if it is, people might actually be happy they are doing something new!

I definitely prefer them trying new things than coming back to the pop sound of Chasing Lights. That was 4 years ago, leave it there.

Still, Not Giving Up On Love shits on this. I don't mind if it's not the next single, but that "next single" better be good then.

Confirmed on Big Top 40 that the album is not called The Chase :(

Rochelle has confirmed that the album is NOT called The Chase; it was an idea they had and it had somehow leaked but she said they're yet to title it. :)

EDIT: Im slow :drama:

I didn't like the name The Chase anyway.

Chasing Lights

Chasing The Saturdays

The Chase

It's a bit much.

(and I LOVE Gentleman. Next single plz)

I need the studio version of Somebody Else's Life in my life.. If it's not on the album I'll go on rampage

There's always the acoustic version :) But I'm sure they'll release it one way or another. Kind of like Turn Myself In, eventhough Vanessa said they wouldn't "anytime soon".

when did ness say that?

you know the questions thing today - where can I see/read/hear what went down?

She said that about Turn Myself In, back then. But still, it was released as a b-side. So you never know, that's what MyDecember was trying to say.
When is this getting released, after the next single probably?

Apparently in Spring.

I think it's going to happen like this :

April 10-17 : radio premiere of the 2nd single.

May 26 : release of the 2nd single.

June 2 : album release, end of Spring.

It would make sense right?
