I hope Tinchy can outpeak Marcus, and i think he may be able to with the EP as well, and it seems to be climbing much quicker. I'm not a fan of any of the new songs this week, but i really dislike Marcus' 7NA!

Seriously, not Birthday Cake or Cockiness (Love It)! I've only heard the album once but I gave them 3/10 and 4/10 respectively when doing my rate for here...

He might be speaking from a commercial success point of view, rather than just saying his favourite songs. Birthday Cake and Cockiness are the best-selling album tracks on US iTunes now, so they would probably be good single choices.

Tinchy and Pixie are doing better than I expected!! After yesterday I thought they'd stall outside of the top 10. Good to see they're still climbing.

Oh, really? That's interesting. Says a lot about America.

I joke, but yeah, I'm not up to date with the US iTunes.

Glad for Pixie and Tinchy! Quite like the song, but prefer Part 2 on Pixie's album. :)

Great to see Rizzle Kicks top 300 already! I absolutely love that song.

It would be funny if Military Wives's version went on to have the success that Adele's did.

31. Cher Lloyd - Want U Back

Very surprised this is still in the top 40. Despite not going top 20, it's staying strong in the top 40.

Rizzle Kicks' new song is fantastic. It's sort of like a ballad (it reminds me of 'Dry Your Eyes' or something) and it's much better than 'When I Was A Youngster'. I'm not sure if I like it as much as the other two singles, though.

In my opinion:

Heart Skips a Beat - BEST

Down With the Trumpets

Traveller's Chant

Mama Do the Hump

When I Was a Youngster - WORST

When I Was a Youngster has had such a good chart run considering how it free-falled originally:

8-16-23-41-69-84-xx-xx-xx-40-49-58-61-66-57-57-89-OUT

It got a massive boost during the gift card week (as did all of Rizzle Kicks's discography), and then kind of stayed around ages after that for some reason. Perhaps it was 59p, or was selling off the success of Mama do the Hump which was smashing at that time (I still can't believe it peaked at #2! :o).

'Hangover' by Taio Cruz & Flo Rida released already - definitely won't be another high peaking single for him then. The instrumental on the track sounds identical to Flo Rida's 'Good Feeling', though 'Hangover' was recorded and released before, so it's 'Good Feeling' that's the rip-off.

Fantastic to see StooShe and Tinchy / Pixie in the top 10 now - just wish it wasn't Marcus Collins who was ahead of them both - now way should the COVER of 'Seven Nation Army' out-peak Rebecca Ferguson's 'Nothing's Real But Love' and potentially Matt Cardle's 'Run For Your Life'.

Yay for StooShe FINALLY going top 10! Now climb climb climb! I'm expecting them to get about #9 this week but I hope they can get higher.
Stooshe top 10 :o

I find it stranger than 'Down With The Trumpets' has been top 100 since last August. :o It's sold about 350K!

06. Marcus Collins - Seven Nation Army 47.1%

07. Tinchy Stryder & Pixie Lott - Bright Lights 46.8%

YAY Tinchy has overtaken Marcus.

Wow! :o You're right. I had no idea. Infact, it's been top 100 since July. I never usually see it that high on iTunes. Maybe multiple versions keep it there combined. It climbed 2 places last week aswell. It's a good song though.

Good to see Tinchy getting higher still. I hope Capital FM starts playing the song more often now. It needs the promo. They could stop playing Read All About It and All About Tonight and move onto this song now.

Woo for Marcus falling (well, being overtaken).

Tinchy was the one of the three major releases I specifically thought WOULDN'T be the highest new entry :o Stooshe could end up higher with their second version and EP though. Depends on how they fare over the week (I think Marcus will tail off fairly quickly).

How dreadful is the new Lmfao song, to be honest how on earth did Champagne Showers flop so much while Sexy & I Know It & Party Rock Anthem managed to be succesfull.

Natalia Kills featuring cursed it.

Plus it was utter bollocks, let's be honest.
