This may have been noticed already but the fake versions of Fun (We are Young) have been deleted again. Just don't understand why the label just doesn't release it. Other fake versions will begin climbing again in the coming days.

Azealia's said it's make her year if '212' went top 10 on iTunes, so she's ecstatic - though her tweets like "I have a top ten single" suggest she's convinced iTunes = official chart position, haha. Good on her though, although '212''s recent success means there's been no need to put out a second single, I've been listening to '212' since I bought it back in December; need something new from her.

^ Hard to believe this was #11 in yesterday's chart update - I'd love to see it miss the top 40 all together, that'd really shut his fanbase up.

Adele live at the Royal Albert hall is on BBC1, wouldn't surprise me to see a few songs climb again.
Sooo happy to see End Of Time shoot up being made 59p, this couldnt have missed top 40! Hope it makes top 20 at least..
Is it only me or has Starships been deleted from iTunes??

Had you read the last couple of page, you would have seen everyone discussing Starships getting removed from iTunes.

12. Jason Mraz - I Won't Give Up

16. Swedish House Mafia - Greyhound

18. Alexandra Burke - Elephant

21. Wheatus - Teenage Dirtbag

24. Beyonce - End Of Time

26. Nicki Minaj - Starships

44. Kings Of Leon - Sex On Fire

45. Nicki Minaj - Pound The Alarm

I know this is the most unlikely thing ever but what would happen if two songs in the top 75 sold the same amount of sales?

Sex On Fire back again?

Surely there are some people with dementia in this country downloading.

I remember discussing this before, but I forgot what actually happens.

It probably happens more than we think though, in the lower portion of the top 200 where there's a smaller sales gap inbetween each position. And probably happened even more often during that period in 2004/2005 when the sales were really low. And probably happens a lot in other countries with a smaller population (but they all might have different rules).

It was played on Celebrity Juice earlier which will explain it's most recent climb.

Wasn't there a time when this happened in the official chart? meaning they were two "number 1" songs

Or it's been reduced to 59p.

Kinda annoys me how some songs are always destined to have a frontloaded chart run, no matter how good they are, purely because of the artist releasing it. 'Bright Lights' is pretty damn good yet I think EVERYONE knew it would be yet another "peak top ten then plummet" run.

Or maybe it's a combination of the two factors?
