Oh Buzzjack. Youi'd think this was the second coming based on some of those reactions.

 

The chorus is fine. The rest is a total nothing of a song. Too disjointed, too many moments where nothing is happening. The transitions from verse to chorus are truly pathetic. 6/10.

 

Underwhelmed. Although, like someone else said I had the same reaction to Fight For This Love and Promise This, so I'm not entirely ruling it out yet. It'll probably grow on me once I've seen the entire package.

 

I always try to remain neutral and disregard the name of the artist and think "would I like this if it were a new unknown artist?" and thus far the answer is nay.

I'm undecided on the song. I'm not loving it anywhere near as much as I should and it's all a bit Tulisa 'Young' if I'm honest. (Should be better than what we actually get) Hopefully it'll grow on me and I get used to it. It sounds far too "tinny" in the production and much like how I feel with 'Part Of Me' and 'California Gurls' etc... it just sounds like an unfinished demo.

 

Not bad, but I was hoping for better. :(

Average at best tbh, the song just falls a bit flat. Unlike most people here i prefer Let's Go by some margin atm.

First listen I think its alright, nothing out of this world but not bad, but all of her's have been growers imo

I've only heard it in poor LQ through my phone so far. I'll be honest, it didn't blow me away, but that may be down to quality than anything at the moment :lol:

I am LOVING this after just one listen! It's bound to sound a bit similar to 'We Found Love' because of the Calvin Harris production, but I love it. :D

And the growing has already sped up a lot :lol: :heart:

This isn't amazing but I never got the fuss over 'Fight For This Love' really, or 'Promise This', so in the long run I think this will be my favourite lead single from her.

It's alright. I've listened to it 4/5 times, and it's not clicked with me yet. I don't think this style of music really suits her, her voice isn't strong enough to pull it off, unlike Rihanna or Tulisa for example, and I'm not a fan of the production. It may grow on me over time, but at the moment I think it's pretty weak, her worst single to date, bar The Flood - obviously.

I found this more instant than FFTL and PT.

I really like it! I can only really fault it on the outro which is a bit BLAH but otherwise it's great. Isn't quite as good as Promise This on first listen but it's much better than FFTL.

Hopefully it will grow on me but so far Im really underwhelmed, her voice sounds so odd on the chorus.

Those vocals are embarrassing, as are the verses. Oh Calvin. Loved everything he did last year but this, Only the Horses, and the song with Ne-Yo... Yikes.

- This has a real chorus with a good melody (Unlike all those dance songs with no no singing chorus)

 

- Doesn't have a middle 8

 

- Doesn't have a pointless rap.

 

Except the hooks it looks more like a 90s song than the music we have now out there. And it's nothing like WFL, it's more similar to Calvin's solo music.

this isn't bad, its just so blatantly ANOTHER attempt to recreate this pop/dance/Calvin Harris related club smash and its just getting really tiresome :(
