I really didn't think Stronger would have half the success it did! Kelly has really put herself on the map this era with Mr Know It All and Stronger... I love her next single, Dark Side too although I'm not sure if radio will support it as much.

It's probably good Sorry For Party Rocking isn't getting a chance to be overplayed, it's nothing special, and I'd probably hate it like I do Sexy And I Know It if it was much more successful.

 

Nice to see Kelly climbing a place, although it feels like Stronger has been around for ever.

Only 3 of the top 40 so far have debuted at their peaks (well, 4, but I'm not counting Talk That Talk as it climbed back to its peak last week).

I never understood why Irreplaceable (Live At Glastonbury) counted as it's own chart position? Surely it was combined with the studio version?

A bit of a nose-dive for Elephant :( I'm not surprised though considering how long it was held back. It could have been HUGE with more support by radio. I did think it might be a bit higher up as it seems to have been top 20 on iTunes all week, but I guess a lot of other songs have other versions which are higher up.

 

I'm really excited to hear 'Let It Go', When Alexandra gets it right, she gets it so right IMO. :D

Such a shame people can't seem to appreciate this, I suppose its just not mainstream enough but it really is brilliant. It doesn't seem to be plummeting on iTunes though, so hopefully a few more weeks in top 40 are due.
