Odd to think that 'Blackout' was as high as #11 on iTunes during the week - seems all the Now 81-boosted tracks beat it to the post. Can't see it climbing next week either, but a #21 peak isn't at all bad.

It's a shame that Traveller's Chant hasn't made the top 40 (yet). I much prefer it to Mama Do the Hump. :( It's glorious.

The origins of Train's widescreen, Americana-tinged rock lay in the coffee-house acoustic duo that singer/songwriter Pat Monahan inaugurated with guitarist Rob Hotchkiss after the two left the L.A. band the Apostles. Eventually they expanded to a full band and released their first album themselves before it was picked up for wider distribution. Though initially a sleeper, it slowly produced a couple of hits, and the 2001 follow-up DROPS OF JUPITER broke Train through to full-fledged star status with its grandiloquent title track. - HMV

Chart history (Year peak title):

2001 10 Drops Of Jupiter (Tell Me)

2002 49 She's On Fire

2010 18 Hey, Soul Sister

This tune is huge hit from them in 2001 and it won them a Grammy award. By the way, Train are currenly on the US chart with "Drive By".

Yeah, i'm gutted Traveller's Chant missed the top 40. Easily their best single. :(

Formed in 2001 in Dublin, Ireland, the Script consists of guitarist Marc Sheehan, vocalist Danny O'Donoghue, and drummer Glen Power. The trio takes their soulful, Celtic-inspired sound from artists like Van Morrison and U2, but Sheehan and O'Donoghue's former work as producers (working with the likes of the Neptunes) gives the Script a unique, contemporary sound flavoured by dance and R&B influences. An EP appeared in 2007, followed by the successful single "We Cry." The band's self-titled full-length debut appeared in 2008, and went straight to the top of the U.K. charts. - HMV

Is Jason going for highest selling #15 of all time now? :drama:

Edited by B.r.É

My heart sinks every week when this comes on. It always come after a run of a few songs I like as well

This track just does not fit in among the chart

"falls asleep"

5 tracks between now and 6, love to see how Reggie is going to fit those in. He seems to be running behind.
