They're still #2 in the midweeks it seems. According to David Burke anyhow, Alexandra Burke's brother - he replied to Rochelle's tweet earlier. He said the girls are 4k behind #1, but Carly Rae Jepsen is very close behind them at #3.

And they've dropped to #8 on iTunes now so it'll be impossible they'll keep hold of their #2 midweek. So perhaps Glasgow sales did help them stay there a little! Next midweek update I'll guess #5 or #6 now there's no more big physical sales or signings, and then end up officially at #7 or #8. Hmm. They'll regret not holding more signings, since that's what kept them up there today it seems!

Um. They definitely won't stay at #2 in the next midweeks - Carly Rae Jepsen was at the time the midweek update for Wednesday locked, she was only 26 copies behind them!

I imagine my prediction of #6 in the official chart on Sunday could still come true. I think they may even get #4 or #5 on the Scottish Chart.

Update:

Itunes: #9 - Down 2 :(

HMV Physical singles: #3 - Up 2 :D

Amazon mp3: #12 - Down 2 :(

Itunes Album chart: #50 - Down 12 :((

HMV MP3 chart: #23 - Neutral :)

So, overall, not too bad so far, was expecting it to plummet a lot! #5 by the end of the week

YAYA! A-list is REALLYYYYY GOOD considering My heart takes over nor Notorious got even close to being on it! :D

Off topic, I made a chart of their signature sings!

1. Just can't get enough

2. Ego

3.Up

4.Issues

5.Higher

6.All Fired up

7.Work (considering its been used in many, MANY adverts)

8. Forever is over

9. Missing you

Can't believe they're still at #2!   (picks up jaw)

No way in hell is it going to last, but it is just a massive sign of how strong the fan-base is. I think we'll all agree if we were all asked a month ago how this was going to do, some would have said "Top 20" and some would have said "Just scape Top 10". And today it's sitting at #2 on the Chart Update. Amazing stuff.

Next time they'll need to do more signings. They can make more profit off a CD single than a download. Fact. And if they're not capping the number of people who are at signings, you're talking possibly up to 1000 per signing going by the Glasgow event yesterday.

Next week will be very interesting. The promotion on Friday and Saturday will more likely benefit them more next week, and now they've been bumped up to A-List on Radio 1 that is fantastic, considering they're at #33 on Airplay and #31 on TV Airplay as of 13th May.

They're settings their sights on around #7 this week probabbly. It'll drop right down to #5 or #6 tomorrow as there's only 1300 sales separating the Top 5 at the moment. They're #9 on iTunes now as well.

I doubt it will go lower than #6 though :P
#6 or #7 would be great considering theyve never touched those positions. :)

I'll be pleased if they cling on to the Top 5, but satisfied with a #6 or #7!

I wonder if the girls themselves realise the likelihood of falling from midweek #2 quite sharply? I hope they're not too disappointed.

Tbh, if they want to remain stable they need a discount soon, I mean I know it's unlikely but if they reduced the song to 79p It would no doubt climb back to at least 7 on iTunes. If reduced to 59p it could even remain top 4 come Sunday. Never the less, I'm proud and surprised that their sales have been that big, the physicals signings in Glasgow must have helped quite large. I think we can expect 40,00+ opening sales tbh.

I mean it's dropping really fast, and i'm thinking it could actually drop out of the top 10 on iTunes before Sunday, unless their promotion helps them. I'm disappointed in how front loaded they are, anyway this has been their best ever radio 1 run (C-B-B-B-A) It's usually (C-B-A-A-X]

Irish iTunes

12. The Saturdays - 30 Days  03

09. The Saturdays - 30 Days (iTunes) :left:

10. The Saturdays - 30 Days (Amazon) 02

15. The Saturdays - 30 Days (Play.Com)

63. The Saturdays - 30 Days (EP) 12

I don't get this theory of if they droped the price it would climb into the Top 5.

Beacuse surely, if someone liked the sound of it they'd pay 99p for it. If they don't like it I don't think they'd buy it for 79p for the sake of it.

It worked with Notorious on a small scale, but that only got it back Top 30 didn't it?

It's still at #9, but it'll be knocked out of the top ten on Sunday by The Wanted and probably Jennifer Lopez. :( They really need to get to #8 at least for a chance of remaining top ten for more than a week!

It's down to #5 in the midweeks today (from Popjustice forums).

Apparently has a 'comfortable lead' over whoever is currently at #6, although they'll probably be swapping places what with the rate 30 Days is falling on iTunes etc. I can't see this getting a 2nd week in the top 10 either!
