I can see at drop to #15 next week.

That would be nice. Notorious drop to #21 and #15 was all that MHTO got in its first week.

Notorious was on air though. Also these have been the sales of #07 in the past 5 weeks

7 Far East Movement/Justin Bieber 33,287

7 Train 37,825

7 Gotye/Kimbra 31,929 (918,225)

7 B.o.B 36,478

7 fun./Janelle Monae 38,390

Expecting sales of 35,000+

There's no reason why this needs to drop so quickly. It's fallen about 9 places in a week on iTunes. Airplay isn't great and neither is the song but it shouldn't be THIS frontloaded (again). I can see it spending four weeks top 40, max, which is of course dire.
Well, you also need to consider where it stands on the amazon chart. It is at #10
Dire sales.

What on earth were you expecting for this?

Anyway, for the next single they should do more signings. Not just one.

40K at least? Just because it's The Saturdays and we had low expectations doesn't mean we should be celebrating 36K. They sold less than Forever Is Over did and they're going to have a bloody awful chart run now so they'll be lucky to sell 100K with this one.

6 Rihanna 36,319

7 The Saturdays 36,214

105copies behind Rihanna!

Refreshing to see The Sats in bright green on KWORB up to #14, closing in on #13 too.

By some Miracle maybe this will remain steady now...reckon if it gets reduced to 59p could well creep back into the top 10.

shadow you need prozack, you always moan. if they disapoint you so much like another band

36k is very good and of course they sold less than 'Forever Is Over', wasn't radio all over that? and it debuted at a far higher position. (Yes sales climate has changed but not that much since, it was only 3 years ago) Also the whole top 3 sales are disappointing as the weeks before this week they were selling way over 100k (the number 1) but this week is almost halved it's sales! '30 Days' hasn't been anywhere near promoted as much as it should have been, wasn't FIO one of their better promoted singles too? I think they've made the best out of a poor situation tbh. They don't deserve any higher as this release has been pretty lazily done, imo.

Just no. People here were expecting a mere top30 for this given the lack of exposure on radios and TV. It has sold more than 2 of their last three singles: one of them was way more anticipated and the other had the same time of promotion.

Forever Is Over came on the back of their most succesful era and people were excited to listen the material they would use to consolidate their success. 30 Days' objective was precisely to recover their status from they disaster they had just suffered. And it did: they went from dismal results to an average position and average sales. Mission accomplished.

I won't say this is has done amazing, but there's no way you can call this less than decent.

Off topic but The XF judge rumours are starting to spread now on various media sites (Digital Spy, MTV etc), and on Twitter.

Celebrity Gossip. ‏@CelebNewsHQ

Geri & Mel B (Spice Girls) Frankie & Rochelle (The Saturdays) and Alesha Dixon are all in the frame to replace Kelly Rowland on @TheXFactor

Isn't Mel B in Australia judging on the Australian XF? I like Frankie but I think Rochelle would be a much better judge. She'd be more vocal, fiesty and opinionated but still fun and sweet. These rumours are probably just that - rumour but Rochelle would be perfect. Plus she, like Frankie, has plenty of knowledge and experience in the industry what with S Club Juniors and all their success before The Saturdays. They're current and relevant, recieve a fair bit of press and publicity.. much more than Geri and Mel B currently but I know it's obvious why they're in the frame too. Plus I just wanna see Rochelle looking fierce in amazing dresses, walking out from behind the screens every Saturday night for months on end. :P

Someone should bombard Rochelle with tweets asking if there's any truth in the rumours! :P

Anyway, I'm already wanting to hear the next single, I was never really invested in 30 Days as a track itself. Pleased it's done moderately well for them but yeah, next, please!

Rochelle would be much better than Frankie. Rochelle's also great friends with Tulisa so hopefully she can pull a few strings! :D
I would love it for Roch to be a judge, and the primary reason is because - after years of hope, dashed hope and disapointment - we may finally get a world-class no expense spared slot on TXF! which, oh so maybe, may be that tinsy bit of additional promo to finally bag a #1!

30 Days has done well considering. So you need to stop complaining.

My two least fave members of the band, it would be fab for them though!

As for 30 Days, I'm actually pleased with how it's done in all honesty. I think it perhaps could've done a little bit better (it did get good airplay tbf) and #7 might be disappointing, but it's not awful. And it's good that the song isn't freefalling too much just yet, it's holding up better than I expected it to in week 2 anyway!

@JazzJukeBoxx

Heard a sneak peak of the next @TheSaturdays single... By the far their best in a long time!!!

 :w00t:

Where? WHERE?!!!!!! I need to here it :w00t:
