May 26, 201213 yr It was good, but it felt a bit slower and plodding than the studio version for some reason
May 26, 201213 yr 01 | United Kingdom - 5/10 [The song itself is so boring, only the last part saved it from being a 1-2/10].
May 26, 201213 yr Author I definitely get the Savage Garden comparisons with Hungary, he has a very Darren Hayes tone to his voice. The chorus gives me a-ha vibes.
May 26, 201213 yr I definitely get the Savage Garden comparisons with Hungary, he has a very Darren Hayes tone to his voice. I thought Roxette but I can definitely see Savage Garden- Good catch GD!
May 26, 201213 yr UK - 4/10 Good vocals overall but the song is simply boringl. Sounds like it could have been written 50 years ago
May 26, 201213 yr 01 // United Kingdom - That was really good, an interesting ballad I think - and he seems to quite effortlessly sing it (not entirely sure if he got that last note perfect, but he still did a really good job). I loved the staging, and think we can be proud of that entry personally. 8.5/10 02 // Hungary - That's A LOT better I remembered it being from the semis, but actually felt really good and anthemic. Maybe it's just final excitement, but I genuinely think it's just me warming to what is actually a very good song. 8/10 Edited May 26, 201213 yr by Robot Reloaded
May 26, 201213 yr Author Gosh that was the best performance of that I've seen, still it's totally coming bottom 5.
May 26, 201213 yr Quite liked that Hungary song! Good start to the contest (not counting the Hump whose song I already knew :P) 8/10 United Kingdom 7/10 Hungary
May 26, 201213 yr There's more chance of hell freezing over than there is Hungary winning Eurovision, but I do like this track by Compact Disco.
