The video has really reinvigorated the song for me. I liked it before but I never really "got" it, now I'll all over that shiz.

I agree with this completely! It shows the girls off really well. I'm not too keen on some of the camera movement and the empty set for the dance troupe scene, but other than that, it's a great introductory video for them!

My views have already been aired, great colourful video and shows off their personality and suits the song. Very impressed as despite loving them I didn't expect much to be honest, given the song a new lease of life - not that I ever stopped loving it!

Leigh-Anne is my least favourite as well but i think she is the one most likely to be succsesful solo wise there is just something about her.

Someone's posted on the New Releases thread that the release has been delayed by a week? Is this true, and if so why?

A shame it's been delayed for a second time!

Right move! Rita will have strong 2nd week sales, so by the third (LM release week) it should be a lot easier for them (although they were always going to get number 1, imo). It would also explain why radio stations were later to add them to their playlists, as they were supposedly released before Amelia at one point, but Amelia got playlisted before them.

Looks like Amelia's single has been pushed back too. It's gonna be released in September now.

At least Amelia has been pushed back, no-one would have liked a chart battle between the both of them. Obviously Little Mix would win, but it would have been at a price.

Anyway, has anyone seen the video featuring the unseen dance sequence. It was released today, and many are saying more of it should have featured in the video.

My mum's reaction on seeing this on 4Music today: 'The Romford girl that they picked on last year looks lovely. The song's nothing to write home about though.'

My mum just said, "Oooh, she's lost weight, hasn't she?" - so your mothers reaction might be the better of the two.

I can't stop watching the video and thinking Jade is definitely being pushed as the leader of the group. I know they all have bits of the song and Perrie is arguably the best vocalist from the band, but Jade has everything! She has that star quality. She's got the looks, the voice, the style, the attitude. She just seems to steal the show in this video. I'm stanning quite a bit for her at the moment! :wub:

Perrie is by far my favourite member, she steals the song and the video from the others.

There's something cold about Perrie which is quite unappealing. I agree Jade is the proper star.

 

I agree with Jark, Perrie has the voice but she's like of those people on X-Factor who have the voice but nothing else and that was very likely what stopped her going further.

 

Jade does have all the star appeal though, she would easily be a solo star and Jesy does too to a lesser extent. I just think Leigh-Anne is sort of 'there', she is a good vocalist as they all though.

I don't like Perrie much, I didn't like her on the X Factor. I think her voice is rather harsh and cold.

My favourite of the band is Leigh Ann, I think shes beautiful <3
