I am pretty interesting in how he is doing and will do in Russia. I have the impression that he has a huge heart for Russia. It does not seem to be only the market niche he wants to give a try. When I see Rob in Germany especially, Austria, Ireland, Holland, you can see how he relaxed he is and - reading the German critics for this tour - they love love love it. If he has a connection with people he is always great. That s obviously the case in Britain, too. But he is more scared there, I think, because of the press.

However, I would love to see him succeed in Russia. Also because of you Alex :-).

Aside of this I am indeed surprised how much the German media love the tour.

Liz, you're absolutely right about him in Russia!

Now he (and his dog Mr Showbiz OBE)) had an 30-min interview. He said absolutely the same words by himself.

He told that he knows that in countries like Italy people support him from the beginning anyway but there are some countries like Russia when you should deserve the audience's love and for him it's even better motivation and he considers such an assessment even more serious and important for him as an artist.

The interview was great because of untypical questions and a lot of references to Russian culture, etc.

And Rob was 99% serious in his answers, almost no jokes at all.

But he also was very tired and slighly sad... I'm sure it's a very difficult period for his health.

Anyway, I'm pleased for this interview, it's done perfectly by both sides.

It shows that he's still ambitious doesn't it. Plus he does appear to have a real affection for Russia.

Oh my goodness - that dog of his! What a beauty

I had no idea he was so big. He's absolutely gorgeous.

It must be quite conflicting to be pushing ahead with your career but knowing that this back op is somewhere in the mix too. Where does it leave the Aussie tour?

Robbi Williams on tour, drug abuse and harsh Russian parties

In this Saturday, July 1, the guest of a special issue of the online show "OK connected!" Was the British singer Robbi Uilyams. Musician Odnoklassniki users answered questions and talked about his concert tour, which he finished in Russia, and will give two concerts - on September 7 in St. Petersburg , and 10 of September in Moscow.

The air show Robbi Uilyams spoke about the creation of the song Party Like a Russian, the harsh Russian parties and the consequences of his alcoholism and drug addiction. By Robbie parties are now trying to abstain, as well as meetings with classmates, but sober does not interfere with the musician to have fun at concerts and TV shows. Robbie has not abandoned his intention to speak on Russia at the "Eurovision". Especially because spasibo now is not the only word he knows in Russian. Robbie also told the audience about their children, rituals before concerts and favorite PSE named showbiz, who even participated in the filming.

Why do so few came to Russia in the 2000s

I have suffered from drug addiction, I also had personal problems. So I did a little tour. Therefore, it turned out such a gap between 2003 and 2015 m.

Not because of any personal animosity - I just piled all, I have several went into hibernation.

About Russian parties

At parties I was not. So I spoke to the Russian parties, was fine, and, of course, in front of me were not in debt. But somewhere in the years 20-21, I do my best to lead a sober life. And more often than I succeed, rather than vice versa. So, if I were on the Russian party, not as a guest singer ... Oh, I would not have you sitting here. I am, so even at full speed, in the Russian party ... I think everybody would have ended hospital.

On his Russian fans

I do not know how better to express it. There are countries like Spain or Italy: there the audience is very passionate and crazy atmosphere. And in countries such as Russia, earning the approval of the audience, you feel as if received a medal. (laughs) Going into the first of the country, you already know that there you will meet a storm of emotions.

But in Russia, if, leaving the scene, do you feel that the performance sunk into the soul of the people, make them think, like it - it is perceived as a major achievement. And it motivates me.

On the creation of the clip Party Like a Russian

Why Russian showed in this light? Well, in my creative career, I will definitely use the elements of his character: projecting them on the different things in an exaggerated form.

Humor, extravagance, frivolity - a very important part of my character. Before you go into the studio to record this song, I have not hatched for months and weeks the idea of Russian songs. On that day, I just got to sample ...

What is the name of the composer? Yes, Sergei Prokofiev. And Guy Chambers, with whom we write songs, came up with the name. In general, usually I come up with the name myself. But he said: "You know, I was thinking yesterday, why not call it a Party Like a Russian?» And I said, "Just Freaky idea! Now, let's write a song! "Yes, it was a rash act. And I hope that the result will appreciate a joke. It's not my job - to talk about the other countries. I'm out of politics, out of prejudice, I do not want to insult anyone. And the more I do not want to offend an entire country. I just wanted to write a bright, driving song, and, hell, I did it! Then I thought: "This is great!" And somewhere in two weeks - "Oh, hell, and how it will accept in Russia? I hope they do not get mad at me. " And I have long worried about this. I love Russia and do not want Russian thought I was laughing at them. Not at all. All this is just a frivolous joke. As a joke, "Monty Python".

The fact that Russia is ready to act on "Eurovision"

Yes, I remember saying it, and, of course, is for the most part was a joke, but the joke has some truth. Small part. The thing is that people are not given to think outside of the template. I would love to do something that would make people think twice. Then I just joked improvised. But after the interview, I really thought, why can not I represent Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest? But, unfortunately, too many political restrictions in the world. <...> But it is still better prospect than to represent the United Kingdom - we are in the top ten, it was an eternity.

About competition with itself fails

I compete with myself. I always strive to be modern, to my work was urgent, I always strive to live so that I was not ashamed of his actions, and career did not slow down the pace. This is the more eternal race - permanently lubricated gear mechanism that drives the whole edifice called Robbi Uilyams. Live inside the head of Robert ... I'm talking about himself in the third person, because I am narcissistic psychopath.

About rituals before the concert

I gather musicians, singers, dancers in a circle and say that I love them. I lift up a little prayer to the gods and the Elvis show business. I do massage. On the make-up takes more time, not like before. I take a shower. I play FIFA. I come to the concert place as soon as possible, in order to feel it. I do not like to come late. Because I have to get used to the site, and it is - to me. I'm really a bit crazy ... The concert could be the best experience in life, or vice versa, the worst that happened to him.

Why Robbi Uilyamsu 48 eggs per rider:

I like to take a bath from the egg yolks. Just kidding ... I do not know, I do not eat eggs, but someone eats it, probably to total power. How many people work in my show? Perhaps two hundred people, if all the count. So that 248 eggs easily leave. I have already experienced this when I was in Russia: "And he asked the chair! He demanded the sofa! Demanded something on which to sit! "I wondered, is it really such wild things I request? I have all this demand because the rider is not just for me. With me 150 people. They need to be fed. They need to something to sit on.

I'm not some kind of a diva. In order to live, I need water, food, something on which to sit, because I was already forty-three. It is unlikely that this large queries. But maybe next time I will leave all of these forty-eight eggs myself ... And I will make a luxury omelet. Those in Russia and loans.

On whether even know Russian word

"No!". That's all, perhaps. "Thank you" and "no." I even English is still teaching and I can not boast of success. So alas. The languages I am not strong. But speak the language of love ... I just got sick of my own words.

:)

So tomorrow (or rather today) Robbie will be in Munich for the launch of the Marc O'Polo range. I wonder if Ayda will be there too?

The beautiful white (pink?) sweat shirt is £130.
