Jesus Christ.

What's that coming over the hill?

Is it a monster...? :P

Didn't expect Cheryl to build up a lead like 40%, so quickly. I also notice that Flo Rida's gap over the other competition seems to be coming down slightly, so the initial rush for his song is presumably diminishing.

wow tyler james debut album from 2006 (i think) is top 10 on itunes....

So, inspiring and original, written by fresh and unknown producer Calvin Harris, not chasing any trends, 'Call My Name' is at #1 in UK iTunes. YAY.

It's no more unoriginal and trend-following than Where Have You Been tbh.

iTunes releases are also far more frontloaded, it used to be virtually unheard of for someone to make #1 on Sunday at all.

And Fight For This Love was 2009 :D

Was Fight for this love the first song to be straight to #1 on a Sunday or was it another song?

Bleeding Love did VERY quickly.

Other New Releases:

43 Lilygreen & Maguire/ Ain't Love Crazy

146 Trey Songz/ Heart Attack

182 Josh Osho/ Redemption Days (Radio Edit) [feat.Ghostface Killah]

No sign of Sneakbo yet

If iTunes first opened on a Sunday, then it would've been back then. Which would've probably been Crazy in Love or In Da Club or something.

Seriously though, I'm sure lots of songs probably did it before FFTL. I bet Bad Boys the week before managed it, for starters.

Bleeding Love did VERY quickly.

I imagine Run probably climbed very fast aswell.

He's either a troll or spectacularly stupid. Either way he's not really worth bothering with.
