Just stupid, in order to get number 1 they refuse to release it in the middle of the week, but they are losing 20-30K at least from their totals... so it's dumb, but whatever, bad song anyway.

Reading some of the reviews on iTunes it would seem that quite a high % of people buying various fake versions believed they were getting the original - I guess its easily done if you are not that into music and have heard a song on the radio and naturally assume when you see it at #15 in the charts or whatever that its the original

I would believe many are accidental.

Its held up really well - I thought it would be knocked out of the Top 40 by some of the songs already reduced to 59p. If they do drop the price of 'Dark Side' i can see it easily going Top 25
