3 weeks for Leah in the chart with I Will Survive peaking at #8 and is still at #15

Also she's at #36 with Killing Me Softly With His Song and new at #85 with I'll Always Love You after just 1 day's sales.

 

Andrea is at #75 with My Immortal

Andrea's at #15 with My Immortal, while the Leah songs are at #29 and #17 respectively.

I'm hopeing next year they'll drop the idea of the coaches all losing 1 person a week and instead make more live shows and let the public decide 2 to leave.

The final 3 ended up being 2 of Blake Shelton's act and one of Usher's with Shakira and Adam Levine having none in the final but at least the 3 in the final were who got the highest public votes. Last year Blake Shelton had the top 2 as well, whereas the guy who came 2nd would have been out the week before over somebody who was lower than him in the votes. It might be slighter fairer in one way (basically to the judges only) to have each judge losing someone each week, but there isn't any sense in somebody with higher public votes being sent home over someone with lower public votes. That does happen in Britain's Got Talent and X-Factor though with the judges' vote (which I don't really agree with either).

 

I think Cleo would have been the final over Matt if we had the American format tbh.

There's a good reason for not changing it then :lol:

Andrea only won through getting the sympathy vote because she's partially blind. She does have a beautiful voice but she would send me to sleep.

Because Andrea Begley is TOTALLY in the same league as Stevie Wonder.

 

I am quite fed up of people saying she won because she is blind though, tbf it probably did help but at the end of the day she has a lovely, clear voice and you can't take that away from her, although admittedly I did prefer Leah. It isn't her fault that she won over Leah.

I'm sure Andrea did win some sympathy votes. However, judging by comments I've seen elsewhere, she also lost votes because - for obvious reasons - she isn't a very exciting stage performer.

Well looking at the midweeks, I think will.i.am has won The Voice :lol:

 

The next series will be the last if this is how the contestants perform chart wise post show :(
