July 6, 201213 yr Can't be innovative/risky all the time, as always I just sent my favourite song at the moment and this time it happens to be a catchy repetitive dance song that doesn't break any boundaries or pretend to, I absolutely LOVE it though and just hope that a few people make a great discovery out of it! That said, I have very low expectations for this entry, it's not at all the sort of thing that typically does well here, but I never even considered sending anything else. I like to send something I love and can get behind as opposed to something I think could do well. This contest is so unpredictable anyway sometimes that surefire top 5's often end up DNQ'ing!

I've been won over a bit by Skall now. I think about 10 are certain and then anyone could make it through (except maybe D E N A and I'd like to say Tirren because I think it's the worst thing in the semi). ps. It's not so much of a bloodbath because of very high quality imo - there were only really 12 songs that I wanted to vote for and found the rest average to bad.

If I've already known any songs in BJSC for a few years they're usually put aside for any genuine discoveries I make. Sadly I have to agree with Freeze - I've been underwhelmed by the standard of SF1 so without giving too much away... :D !!! Still think Oceana has one of the better songs in SF1 but I don't own a ~hipster~smoothie~ membership card. Sad timez :( Also re; Ojnoj I wonder if people are just marking his entry down because of the poor quality of the mp3. Same with a couple of others too. 56kbps is :no: though.
