Excellent list, they were all in my EOY top 40 apart from Use Somebody!

Why are "The Loving Kind" and "Just Dance" included in 2008 when they were both clearly at their peak in 2009. It'd be like including "Titanium" and "Somebody That I Used to Know" in 2011...

 

You'd have to ask ThisIsPop. I can only assume they both finished in the 2008 BuzzJack Multichart and so automatically qualified the year after... It's difficult to move them once they're in.

 

Edit: Just Dance qualified automatically, The Loving Kind was nominated by LIAM. Whenever someone nominates a song in the wrong year I just move it, seems like he didn't, same as I held back 'Titanium' from the multichart.
