Weird that Fun & Cheryl aren't getting advertised in the 59p bundle, Flo Rida at the rate he's going at might actually go top 10 tomorrow, knocking out Rita Ora!

Catching up a bit here Cockiness will do nothing in the US charts. All songs that are big only on urban and rhythmic do bad in the charts. In the past like 4 months, there's been only ONE of those songs in the entire top 20 (Mercy by Kanye West). Most of them miss the Hot 100 entirely.

 

The reason fun and Cheryl might not showing in the 59p section is because their record label discounted them, rather than iTunes.

 

Flo Rida is doing incredibly well. Maýbe if he gets played on the Radio 1 chart update today it could boost him into the top 10 on iTunes, maybe knocking out Rita Ora.

I've never been into Mumford & Sons but this song is so amazing.

 

I hope somehow Cheryl can sneak into the top10 by the end of the week with the reduction and Jonathan Ross, but I'm not holding my hopes really high. She should have done far more promotion for this single, a one and only TV performance one week after its release isn't enough. I really thought it could be a top 5 hit, meh. :(

No, they don't. Rihanna's "Birthday Cake" made it to #24 on the Hot 100 based pretty much on Urban/Rhythmic play. Not to mention this is Rihanna we're talking about. If it's a huge success on both Urban & Rhythmic and it has a good video, it'll easily go top 20. Not to mention that the radio play itself will likely increase her album sales :)
