Mcfly love what they do so why wouldn't they?

They have other means of making Money. Concerts and of course their supercity which they gave away a download of the last album free.

A lot of artists love what they do but are unable to release albums on a label.

I think the whole crap chart runs/low charting albums thing doesn't bother McFly anymore. And why should it? They work well together, they're great mates, they're all passionate about what they do - particularly Tom and Danny - hence why their tours are always a joy to watch and hence why their fans have stuck with them for so long.

Mcfly have their own record label (super records) with the 2010 album 'Above the Noise' Mcfly and Island agreed a 50/50 contract

which based on single/album and concert sales. Money from Merch went to Mcfly only and Island records didn't see a penny of that.

Mcfly left Island in 2007 but were keen to work with the guys again so they agreed this 50/50 thing.

Island/Universal are doing all their promotional things outside of the UK and Mcfly have a huge following in Latin America as well as sold out dates in Aus and Japan

They also managed 4 sell out gigs in America this year which is a start for them and looking at some of the press reviews it went down well

2013 sees the new album release and some releases outside of the UK (only had singles released in Japan and Brazil so far)

and some more rumoured International dates.

Party Girl (2010) was one of their best selling singles in years (since 2006) and then came along Shine a light which became their second biggiest selling single ever.

The album was given away free to EVERYONE signed up to their super City so obviously chart runs mean little to them in the long run.

They Tour alot and earlier this year they had 30 sold out UK Dates and thats without a single/album or anyother promotional release

almost 10 years since Mcfly got together and are still the best of Mates and still have a passion for Mcfly (if not more)

which is...?

Quite a lot of singles ommitted... Shame I Wanna Hold You, That Girl (final version) and Please, Please aren't there. I think this'll do about as well as any of their albums do (a week Top 20 maybe).
which is...?
Dougie tried to kill himself and Tom has Bi-Polor for starters........it really is a fantastic read

Ooft! So GOOD to see 'Transylvania' on the tracklisting! It's probably my underrated gem, from their back catalogue. People seem to prefer 'Baby's Coming Back', but I've always found that awful and 'Transylvania' far, far better. No 'The Ballad of Paul K' or 'That Girl' (single version) though? :(

Na i prefer t***** and they sing is alot on Tour and the crowd seem to go crazy for it

The album cover looks good. And I'll second re: 'Transylvania' being included. Definitely one of their finest moments!
Something is happening today on super city at 5:00pm (Mcfly.com) it could possibly be the first play of the video

The "something" was the artwork release

It's good, but is there really any need for a build-up to artwork release when the song's not been heard properly yet?

Did anyone see Tom of McFly on TOWIE recently

Yeah i dunno why we didn't get the radio airing of the song first. I gather there's only 1 CD though
I think they might premiere the song WITH the official video. Absolutely not build-up.
