f***ing joke tbh. Union J weren't the best but they certainly shouldn't have been bottom 2, and Jade was amazing! I'm done tbh, it sounds like an overreaction but I'm not watching just for Ella (and James I guess).

Gutted for Jade, at least she went out on a high with that save me song. No surprise in the end really.

Probably shouldn't have doubted Union J going through. The producers would have been desperate to have them on the X Factor tour

Thing is there's now 4 acts that can't have much left in them cos they've been in the bottom two. District3, Rylan, Kye and Union J - one of them can't be too long gone.

 

Ella, Jahmane and James looking a good final 3. Hope next week sees the end of Spraggan after her case of beer poo this week.

Literally don't like anyone left in the competition. Have only been watching vague parts here and there since Carolynne left, but now I'm definetly not watching. Might just watch guest performances and maybe the final if Ella is in it.

 

If Ella goes, I won't watch the rest of the series either, aside from guest performances. Based on that sing-off, how on Earth could you send Jade home?!

Once again, an awful decision by the judges. Jade's performance of White Flag was in my opinion the best performance of the whole series! It is one of my favourite songs - especially Diana's version from her semi-final which was just incredible, but Jade wasn't far off - absolutely fantastic.

 

Union J didn't deserve bottom 2, but they were so so so much worse than Jade I just can't believe that Jade has gone.

This show just gets worse and worse now. What the hell is the point in having a sing off if you don't even take what they do up there into account? Union J were the worst they have ever been and Jade was absolutely stunning and on a par with her 'Love Is A Losing Game' performance. This really is reminiscent of 2008 when the one I hated most (Diana Vickers) got a free pass for being ill and my favourite (Laura White, who was also in the same category as Diana) was sent home.

 

Also Jade's face when Gary said 'I worry that I want it for you more than you do' was full of rage and she was obviously thinking 'shut up you prickface'. Is it not in her VT basically EVERY week how she is doing it to support her 6 year old daughter and get out of her little council flat?

The judges see more than we do though. That's not to say that Jade doesn't want it, just that she has other life commitments so probably doesn't practice/rehearse as much as Union J do. More than likely to be true if you have a kid.

I'm over my anger at the bottom 2 now, i just hope Union J 'do a JLS' (in terms of the competition) and somehow make it far into the finals.

I guess you have to do a Christopher reaction for the judges to think you really want it.

I agree, although i really think that Christopher has a lot of steam in him still (literally) and could through a horrid orange spanner in the works...

I was done after Carolynne left and reading tonight's result on here, I still do not regret my decision. I know many people will say 'those acts wouldn't have won anyway' but tbh I would rather have watched them perform a few more weeks then the drivel that is left. Only Ella would hold my interest but I'm finding her overrated already.

 

Number ones as a theme? What's the bet that if Lucy fully recovers we'll get a half arsed cover of Baz Lurhman.

I seem to remember the last time they had this theme, some of the songs didn't even reach number one in the UK! :lol: So basically, if a song flops over here but makes number one in Iceland or something, you can still perform it! :P
