Her voice is just not big enough for that song at all, sadly, and thought that was really poor - shame cos I really like her :(

I though it started off really good, and it seemed to be building up to an amazing ending, but there wasn't one. Her costume was great though!

Unlike the judges, I thought it was fantastic and my second favourite of the night behind Ella! I'm really glad she's tried something different once again, something that can't be said for the likes of Chris and Jahmene.

James - 8.5

It looks like he is very popular with the public. Good for him. I loved his song choice, suited his voice so well. The best of the night imo.

James - 8.5

District 3 8.0

Ella 7.5

Union J - 7.2

Kye 7.0

Jade - 6.5

Rylan 6.0

Christopher - 5.0

Jahmene - 4.0

James, love the stripped back version of this track, love it very bluesy. best performance of the night 9/10

James sounding like he's having a heart attack. As usual.

10.0 Ella Henderson

09.0 District3

08.5 Union J

07.5 Kye Sones

For the second week in a row, James's performance was my favourite of the week - he's slowly becoming a fave of mine, probably my 2nd favourite

District3

Christopher go home

Overall performances were fairly weak and safe, apart from James and Ella, both of them stuck out above the rest.

I wish it was Jahmene x Christopher in the bottom 2.

However, being realistic, I think it will be District3 x Jade.

I wasn't really impressed tonight so didn't bother with detailed comments but again I did like James version of 'Sweet Dreams'.

Quick comments

Kye - Average

Union J - Ok

Rylan - Shite!!! :manson:

Ella - Rolling In The Deep

Christopher - Cabaret

District 3 - R.I.P. 'Beautiul Monster'. They killed it and not in a good way either (song is crap anyways)

Jahmene - Didn't listen to it, did I miss much?

Jade - It was like they took a party track and removed the party. Very lacklustre.

James - Great

Ella Henderson - Bring Me To Life (wow, one of my favourite songs so I was worried but she smashed it!) 10/10

James Arthur - Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) (LOVED the arrangement, I like how he knows who is as an artist, to use the cliche) 9/10

Kye Sones - Let Me Entertain You (He should've been this good from the begining, I knew he had potential but only saw it this week and last tbh!) 8.5/10

08 Jade Ellis - Freak Like Me (her weakest so far unfortunately, still great and vocally she's on point but it was the wrong song) 8/10

--------------------

Union J - Sweet Dreams (meh I struggle to remember what they even sang! It was alright but it was just... there, didn't affect me greatly either way) 5/10

Rylan Clarke - Toxic/Poison (it's not really even that fun anymore, it's still more entertaining than the shit below though) 3/10

Jahmene Douglas - Killing Me Softly (it bored me to death and I still dislike his voice, he killed the song for me :( He has talent but just ugh) 3/10

District 3 - Every Breath You Take/Beautiful Monster (dear god that was a mess! Just awful, they improved so much last week and threw it out the window this time...) 2/10

Christopher Maloney - Died In Your Arms (there are no words.... Such cheesy shit the SS Steve Brookstein rejected it...) 1/10

---

Bottom 2:

Want - Christopher vs. District 3 - Christopher goes

Think - Jade :( vs. District 3 - Jade goes (just because the bottom 2 is always wrong and XF loves to piss me off)

Ella - Rolling In The Deep

OMG. I youtubed this as I like Ella, she's my favourite this year and I am getting bored of the Adele comparisons now (even though they're quite clearly true - we just don't need to hear it every week) but after hearing this performance and seeing your comment, it couldn't be any more true! LOL.

Just give her an Adele song and let her get it out the way and be done with it XF!!

EDIT: Union J were excellent, AGAIN. Jamie is a great vocalist! A little bit safe, yes. But they're still improving. I'm starting to think they could win. They remind me of a mix of OneDirection and Eton Road (remember them!? :P)

Don't get me wrong, I'd say Ella was one of the few highlights yesterday but I much prefered 'You Got The Love' because it just sounded more Ella, and less Adele. 'Bring Me To Life' and 'Rolling In The Deep' don't sound anything alike so I guess it was just a bit disappointing that they merged the two together. I'd have prefered 'BMTL' to have sounded more like Evanescence than Adele.

Also I think I'm being unfair on Union J - they clearly have got better since the dreadful first week car crash that was 'Don't Stop Me Now' so I'm going to put my "X Factor Boyband" tags to one side and admit they were good last night. District 3, however, were abysmal. (after they gave their best performance only the week before)

I've really gone off Kye, considering i LOVED him in the first week. That was one of his best performances though. His voice really is starting to grate on me too.

Kye Sones 6.5

Oh wow at Union J :w00t: Their best vocals to date, and Jaymi was absolutely incredible! In the words of Nicole, perfection.

Union J 10.0

Kye Sones 6.5
