Oh he isn't. He'll do a Tesco Mary and come 4th, or if he reaches the final he'll come 3rd. I have NO FEAR whatsoever that he might win, he's pretty much the act with most appeal for the oldies so he'll be soaking up their votes.

Just like Rylan picking up the brain dead & deaf votes

Daily Star say Ella could be in the bottom 2 tonight. :o

Plus, they say Christopher & Jahmene got around half of all the votes last week:

'Meanwhile at the top of the voting, Jahmene Douglas remains shock leader Chris’s only real challenger. Last week the pair got around half of all votes between them, with Jahmene’s share building during each of the five weeks.'

Jahmene is a one-trick pony.

Yeah! This is the first time I didn't hear him scream

For me, the biggest shock would if the two boybands were in the bottom 2 and after going to deadlock, Dermot reveals District 3 are through to next week.

We're due a *shock* exit so perhaps Union J will be the unfortunate victim. Jarmene won't be going anywhere - I'm almost certain he will top the voting for this week even though I slightly preferred Ella.

That's what i'm fearing too, but i think the judges will probably just vote out D3 without the need for Deadlock. Gary has been praising UJ more and Tulisa seems to favour them too. Have no idea what Louis would do though :drama:

Nicole would probably go for D3 and then Louis would put it to deadlock! Has there been any results shows where they haven't gone to deadlock so far this year?

Union J vs Jade didn't go to deadlock, and that's it afaik

Haus, did you watch the repeat by any chance? :D

I watched the repeat, which was the first X Factor live show I've watched since October last year. I only watched from Rylan onwards but I'm impressed by James Arthur! He's incredible. I want him to win! :D

I'm thinking that this is going to be the order of the final seven:

Winner Ella Henderson

Runner-Up Jahmene Douglas

Third Union J

Fourth James Arthur

Fifth Rylan Clark

Sixth District 3

Seventh Christopher Maloney

My bottom 2 prediction is still Union J x Rylan. I really believe District3 fans will save them again.
I'm really hoping District3 get saved, their performance last night was fantastic. Chris going would be nice but I can't see it, somehow.
Just watching this on ITV+1 now as there is nothing else on mainly, and Rylans performance was amazing!! Lmao.

I have to say, after last week's carcrash show, I wasn't expecting a lot from last night, but everyone improved and they all impressed me!

Christopher was obviously the worst, but he's just being dragged out with these ironic songs and I actually feel quite sorry for him in that respect. He needs to be eliminated soon, or just walk. It's uncomfortable to watch at times.

Jahméne actually really impressed for the first time. I've liked his performances before, but especially last week, they were too vocal-gymnastic orientated. There was a lot of that in the second half, but I loved the a cappella bit/until the choir joined last night.

District3 finally gave a good performance! They're obviously inferior to Union J, but I like that they got rid of the awful One Direction upbeat style from previous weeks and went back (kind of) to what they originally were.

Ella gave her best performance since "Lovin' You", for me. Her vocals were beautiful and it just got better for me the further into it. She wasn't as strained as last week, which (although my highlight), was quite uncomfortable to listen to.

Rylan actually really amused me for the first time. His vocals were awful (I mean, he only sang every other line and he was still out of tune), but it was fun and I loved his reaction to meeting Geri in the VT.

Union J impressed me, they do manage to improve every week (I wasn't a fan of their dedicating it to the armed forces in order to get votes though), and it was quite emotional. I wasn't a fan of the key change though.

James was great, I liked the simplicity of it (in the first half at least) and there was no rap too! The grime-y production towards the end was unnecessary though.

My bottom 2 prediction is still Union J x Rylan. I really believe District3 fans will save them again.

And Union J's won't? [both bands currently have the top two trends though, "#VoteAndSaveUnionJToday" & "#PickUpThePhoneForDistrict3", + Union J's mobile voting number trending alongside the word Landline )

I'm thinking it'll be District3 vs. Rylan, or possibly Christopher instead of the latter. Surely his time must soon come.

Group performance ropey as ever, but Ella's bit seems to be pitch perfect.
