The single doing bad is one thing but what pisses me off more is the comeback hasnt had a huge impact and probably not the impact we need for them to stay together.

Well if they could be bothered to put the effort in then it might have done better. I really think they need to have been everywhere, and it really doesn't seem like that at all.

I think this will defo be the end of GA which is sad in one way but in another best to remember them as one of the finest exponents of pop music the 00s had to offer?

Everything has it's time and place and they'll always have a special place in my heart!

They better not stop the band after a "low". I want them to leave on a high, so they better get back in the studio, produce a brand new album, and get that number 1 spot next Christmas. Go girls g-g-g-o go go !

They have Radio 1 Live lounge and Graham Norton this Friday, and then the documentary and Christmas TOTP, so hopefully it can save the single.

Didn't Cheryl say in her autobiography that it will probably be the end. The "probably" meaning they'll split up unless they have mega chart success with this era, and that's not happening! :P

They shouldn't have got back together. Now when they DO split up forever it's going to be after a flop comeback instead of a hugely successful album campaign.
Please God let this at least go Top 20, also they should go on Daybreak/Loose Women during the week for a bit of extra promotion..
I don't think they've put the effort into their promotion that they could have done. Olly Murs has been everywhere with his single/album as have Little Mix. The only TV Girls Aloud have had so far (IIRC) are CIN and Strictly, which they probably wouldn't have had without Kimba doing Strictly. They were never gonna get X Factor because of Strictly but that didn't stop them from performing on Daybreak/Loose Women/This Morning etc.

Kylie was on both X Factor and Strictly. Unless because Kimberley is actually on Strictly and X Factor and Strictly are rivals, they didn't perform on X Factor but still other ITV programmes. To be honest, I think it would be stupid if there was an actual rule saying they couldn't go on X Factor because Kimberley is on Strictly! :P

No physical :(. Collection ruined :(

Yeah, this is something that has completely baffled me! I'd understand if there wasn't one for "Something New" either, but it doesn't really make sense! There's no official artwork either

This whole campaign is so half arsed! :( If I knew it'd be like this, I'd rather they hadn't got back together.

I know right!

I hope the tour is epic, or going loads of times could possibly not be the best way to say goodbye :(

Apparently there is some rumours of the CD being released in January.

Oooh I do hope so. :cheer: To be honest they should just push it back all together to early January now.

Keeping my fingers crossed for a CD in January! :D I don't want my collection ruined, echoing what Matt said! Where did you read the rumours, Liam?

I can't say I'm that fussed where it charts actually, hopefully Top 20 (if they give it a proper push, so far they really haven't).

I think that's best tbh, I mean they have no CD single, no cover, no pre order and not much promotion in the biggest part of the year = disaster. January PLEASE!

Someone in the New Release Schedule mentioned it, although unfortunately they didn't give a source.

EDIT: Actually, they said it was on the promo CD:

On the promo CD of Girls Aloud's Beautiful Cause You Love Me, it says that the release date is now 14th January!

Hopefully that is the case!

I haven't seen the promo CD. Well, I've seen a CD-R that's popped up two or three times on eBay, but it has the 'Ten' cover. I wasn't too convinced that it was legit. It had a sticker on the back, which said impact date 17th December, but the blurb at the back was practically the same as the one for the 'Something New' promo CD.

Well they performed Love Machine on Graham Norton so surely it's not out on Sunday or this lack of promotion is a joke.
