The humour was a bit shoehorned in this episode (even more than usual) but it still had lots of moments. I wish I had Tilly in my life.
Why isn't this on iplayer yet? Mrs Brown's Boys is and that was on later (plus is terrible). I hate waiting!
Amazing episode, Miranda + Spice Girls = perfection.
That scene at the supermarket was one clear highlight of the series so far.

It was a pretty good aside.

The last two episodes haven't been that good. A few funny moments in last nights episode tho.
I haven't found this series as spectacular as the others so far. Last night I felt was quite weak with a lot of recycled gags. I mean its still funny but Stevie spouting all of her trademark catchphrases in under two minutes felt extremely forced and I know it's a farce but the ott swooning for the doctor got very grating and seemed unnatural when I've always loved the more subtle moments of the show. It also feels to me like Miranda herself is rushing into every joke a bit it all seems more forced than it used too, like its become a parody of itself. It's still good, but I've found most if the series disappointing thus far.

This!!

I always wanted to join the girls at Wembley too.... when I was like, 12.

I never even noticed Tilly wasn't in last week's episode!

I actually gasped when Gary said words to the effect of "It's because you are so hot!" It was a brilliant line!!

'Miranda looks truly horrendo, like a drunk Princess Anne' was my favourite line of the series so far, it felt like a classic Victoria Wood line.

A great episode - I thought it was the series finale though, based on how it ended! I'm glad Miranda and Mike are over - he's far too irritating, and she's obviously more suited to Gary. The character played Dominic Coleman (does he even have a name?!) was hilarious yet again, I'd love for him to become a regular. The highlight had to be Penny falling into the street cleaner's bin though
Now THIS was classic Miranda that I'd felt this series hadn't quite captured yet! Even the ever-irritating Barlow couldn't stop this being the best of the current series. 'I followed through' was my highlight I think.

Best episode of the series so far, but the ending was really rather abrupt. Hopefully the next episode will pick up exactly where the storyline left off as we still have no idea if Miranda and Gary will become an item!

No Tilly this time again though! :( I think her absence was the only thing that this episode lacked. Highlight for me was Gary turning on the drill for the first time

Yep I agree! I think it was the best episode of the series so far, just hilarious!
Oh dear, it must just have been me who thought the entire episode screamed of "let's do EVERYTHING + a few shoehorned Take That gags because of Gary Barlow innit." The least good so far for me - teetered on the brink of 'lol' about once.
Echoing the majority here, by far the best episode of this series!
How people can watch something with so much canned laughter is beyond me. I can't bear finding out if this is actually funny or not, because it makes it one of the most unwatchable things on TV. I just picked a random minute to watch on iPlayer (9:00 to 10:00) and the laughter track was played TEN times. Seriously unbearable.

I completely agree with you. I've watched bits of the show before and it just seems very childish to me. Plus that laughter really does put you off watching the show. I badly want to see the appeal of her as well but I just CAN'T.

Am with Slick on this one, the worst of the series so far for me. I chuckled at One Night In Heaven and also at the euphemism comment but that was about it. Oh and the coat stand bit was funny too.
I don't think it was as good as Episode 3, but there was some genuinely hilarious moments. Penny as a coat stand thing had me cackling, due to how out of the blue it was. I wouldn't say it was the best though, as Slick said, some of it felt shoehorned in - but I was laughing from start to finish, as per.
