'sometime later in 2013'

The BRITs and a dead release schedule will probably keep it hanging around until June-ish if it's lucky...

LOL at the 5 people who voted never. According to them even when our Grandchildren become Grandparents her album will still be in the top 10.

I voted April 2013 because Emeli Sande has been EVERYWHERE this year and i think it will continue into the early part of next year at least.

May for all the reasons already stated. She will stay no1 ytd as well god help us all
I picked March, as there won't be many significant new releases early in the year. Safe to say she won't match Adele in *sales* though! :)
I too would put around April/May 2013 as well after Brits and Mothers Day wores off. The album is AWFUL however..

The end of April, she will gain from mothers day and the brits plus low sales climate after that. I think when it does leave it will never go back in.
Surely there are no more potential singles on this album? So once the Brits and Mothers Day effect has worn off, she will probably start falling.
As it stands its better than a greatest hits collection than many others release so she could get another hit of it. That said, i think i read somewhere that she said there will be no more releases of the album but i cant figure out if i decided that myself or if i truly read it.
I voted Never as it's such a hilarious option in the poll.

I predict April 2013. Low sales and BRITS (not confirmed but I'd be surprised if she didn't get a slot) should see her past the first quater.

Well it looks like that prediction was wrong :(

Here's the chart run now

Don't worry everyone, I bet she'll be out of the Top 10 by the end of 2013.
It's been restored to full price on iTunes now, so HOPEFULLY that will mean it will revert back to the path it was on a few weeks ago (it was as low as #7, and was at #9 in the midweeks before the price cut kicked in).
  • 4 weeks later...
New releases will eventually push her down, so I'd say April 2013. :D

I WAS CLOSE ENOUGH.

This is truly a sad day in the history of the album's chart. :(
Corr, I was well off - predicted February 2012 (specifically a week or two after the BRITs). 66 weeks is a bloody impressive run, we'll no doubt see her re-enter in the next few weeks.
