For me it has to be Wide Awake :wub: I love the lyrics and it really shows her maturing side plus the video is incredible.

Hands down 'The One That Got Away'. Everything about it is perfect for me. It was my highlight from the album since i first heard it, and once it was announced as the next single, I was ecstatic. Then we have the video! One of my all time favourite videos! It's hands down my favourite thing Katy Perry has released/recorded/anything.

Clearly Firework, the best song and video on the album.

 

Also Part of Me which is underrated.

Firework for me, but E.T comes close. And even though my least favourite is Part Of Me, it's still great! Flawless era singles wise really.

But I must've watch the TGIF video 100 times the week it was released.

"The One That Got Away" overall, although all of the singles have been varying levels of fantastic. TOTGA just is so special and cute, especially the acoustic version, and the video is perfect too :wub: My ranking would be:

I don't dislike the last two, but the whole Teenage Dream album was special, and it's one of my all-time favourite albums; they didn't taint it as such, but I don't think the songs overall from the re-release were as good as it.

Teenage Dream by far, always feels so underrated these days.

Everything about ET was perfect, the original version, the Kanye verse, the video. Wide Awake really clicked after the movie, stunning way to close the era. The top 5 are especially good although TOTGA took a long time to click, Last Friday Night is a bit generic but the AMAZING video helps. Last two are a bit meh.

Nope. Not even Kanye could save that excuse of a song. The only good thing about E.T. was Little Mix's version, which was probably the inspiration for DNA. :kink:

ALL her videos have been pretty brilliant though. Just that I find the last two, less brilliant.

'Teenage Dream', I feel it'll go down as the "forgotten" single from the era though. :(

 

For videos, 'California Gurls' and 'Last Friday Night' and 'The One That Got Away' are both the real gems.

I think my favourite is Teenage Dream, but E.T. comes very close (they keep swapping). This was such a strong era!

I can't rank them, I find it too difficult - all 8 singles are insanely good. But, Firework is my favourite 'chapter' of hers, and my 2nd favourite song of all time. Stunning, as is the video.

I voted for 'California Gurls'. 'Teenage Dream' was close. I also like 'E.T. (feat. Kanye)' but the other 5 singles are mediocre ('One That Got Away') to bad (the rest).

She started to annoy me towards the end with this album campaign so it's good we're getting a break from her now.
